We listed our home for sale with Maureen and within days we were in escrow. After a long and rather difficult escrow (due to buyers situation, not anything done that could be done on our end) we have finally closed escrow! I can't imagine having to have gone through this process with anyone but Maureen. Day or night she would answer call or texts. She was able to navigate the sale of our home and the purchase of another home in an organized and efficient manner. When obstacles would arise she addressed them quickly and always had two or three options for resolution - she never left us hanging. From the start, Maureen was upfront with what needed to be done to sell our home. This included staging and Maureen recommended a designer and was there the day they they showed up to make sure everything was just perfect. Then came the photographer and videographer. The pictures turned out amazing. So many times we have scrolled through other listings and thought "wow", only to walk through the actual property and find disappointment that the property was not as portrayed in the pics due to extreme editing. Maureen uses a professional property photographer who does not over-edit the photos. This is so important! We have been through several real estate transactions before, and always had to deal with not knowing who was going to show up for a walk through and with Maureen this was not the case. From the start Maureen introduced us to her assistant should she ever not be available, but not once did Maureen not show up and send her assistant. Keep in mind we did NOT do a lock box so it was always necessary to have our realtor open our home.
