I was told I can put down 3.5% for the down payment. Then was told I needed 100k. Then was told to ask family for loans to get money for more down. I went to another real estate company and was told everything I went through here was unnecessary. My credit was ran and I was charged for nothing. I even wanted to make an offer on a home and was told that was a lot of paperwork involved to make an offer and I wasn't going to get the home, and for me to not even make an offer. I wanted to view homes and never got responses until a week after. Once I hired a new real estate company, Karina would constantly call me trying to regain my business. I told her I have found someone else that was assisting me better and she had an attitude and hung up. She always claims she is the best in the business but it doesn't seem like it! I would never recommend anyone to come here. She tries to take advantage of first time buyers and wants you to do everything within a minutes notice and at her convenience. If the homes you're looking for are not in la county, good luck getting a response in getting to go see them. She also has a family member take over the sale who has no knowledge on buying homes, and when confronted upon the issue she says it was her day off. She may be having people work for her that are not licensed real estate agents and it sadly shows upon the performance of her company. If she needs anything signed or reviewed you have to take the time out of your day to go to her office, she will not go to your home to better assist. She will do whatever is more convenient to her, and also whatever requires less work for her.

When we were first-time home buyers, they walked us through all the required steps to get us pre-qualified and went above and beyond to show us a variety of options within our price range. It wasn't easy, but they were proactive to share new listings as they popped up and spent numerous weekends finding showings that might be a good fit. Unfortunately, the first go-around, we were in a range that everyone was in, so the homes were going fast - but they were patient with the amount of offers we were dropping until one finally was accepted. The same went with selling. Not only did they help us prepare to make our home look more attractive to potential buyers, they were available at all hours of the day to do open houses, additional showings and more. I couldn't imagine using any other realtors for upcoming home purchases or sales! You wont be disappointed.
