I had a pedicure that took less than than 10 minutes. I had barely sat in the chair when he was finished. The message on the chair also did not work. Then I sat with a lady to do a powder dip on my nails. Neither one spoke English. She proceeded to cut the inside of my nails and ruined them. She did not know what she was doing. Not a clue! I said for her to stop and told them I was leaving and would not finish and would pay for the pedicure. Then he charged me $80.00 for a pedicure that was really the worse I have ever had. If I could give this place less than 0 star I would. I had to go to Cashiers and get four tips because she ruined my nails. I recommend going to Cashiers if you need your nails done. Highlands definitely need a decent nails spa!

I found them when I came to town to care for my Dad who had fallen. When he fell in April, I was still using a walker for short distances & a wheel chair for longer ones after a 4 year disabling illness. While Dad was in the rehab facility, I needed a pedicure. I did not know many women in town to ask for a reference, so I went off of reviews & photos, & ended up at Vivid Nails. They were so patient with me on my walker when I was so very slow, kind, & gentle. They have 2 chairs specifically for the disabled, with large spaces between for medical needs (walkers, wheel chairs, special medical supplies, et.) I met Ginny (sp?) for the 1st time & truly enjoyed the conversation as she told me about he life, her experiences, her heritage, & (true) accupunture performed in her family & by old friends. When my 77 yr old Dad was brought home from rehab, he needed his toenails cut since it was so much more difficult for him after the fall. Vivid Nails was the most obvious solution! Like most manly men, he had never had a pedicure before. They welcomed him with open arms, assisted him with getting in and out of the chair, and chatted, making friends, and swapped turns showing each other the photos on their phones. He left feeling very comfortable & has not only said, "We need a pedicure appt.", but also recommended them to his older manly friends. Make an appointment, they get very, very busy. Their customers are there for a reason. You may have to wait, as they are meticulous and detailed with every client & take the time they need to make them happy - and, for me, that's a sure sign that both you and I will be treated the same way. I will never go anywhere different in Franklin.
