I went in with high expectations, but my nail tech, Amy, was not good. I was having my nails done with dipping powder and on three of my nails, she managed to glob on the powder. I have this process done every three weeks at my regular salon in another state so I know what it should be like. She tried to file down the globs, but they were still visible with lines underneath the final coat. She also managed to get glue on several of my fingers and a cut on my thumb. I should've complained, but I just wanted to get out of there. I had a pedicure there last week which was OK, but this salon does not even use the liners in the foot basin and the cleaning that I noticed was not very good. Overall, the salon is not very clean, the nail stations are dirty, and I would never go back. read more

Made a appointment and they took me 15 mins early upon arrival. I had gel mani-pedi. Quality of service was excellent. She massaged my legs and wrapped with warm towels. Plus they didn't try to rush me like most salons doing both at same time. I appreciated the attention to detail. I will be back for sure read more

We drove over from Highlands and I was happy I found Teri's and will return when I am staying in Highlands. Teri is very efficient, aka fast, and did a great job on myself and my adult daughter. This is probably not what your looking for if you want champagne and pampering but if you need a good gel, dip or solar manicure and not spend access time Teri's is for you. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. When asked what length I wanted for my manicure, she cut them to that length and then filed them way down. Then trying to tell her what shape I want didn't work either, so I have a few nails that are as short as they possibly can be. The manicure and the pedicure both left me with gel polish on my cuticles and the tops of my fingers, my toes are worse than my nails. She never asked what length I wanted for my toenails, she just started cutting. I told her I didn't want them that short, but she continued to cut them all really short. I paid $120 for results that I could have done myself at home, probably could have done better myself. read more

I have tried just about every nail salon around the Highlands/Cashiers plateau and Teri's was my LAST HOPE, as I didn't have a good experience at any of them. Thank goodness I found this place. The WORST manicure I've EVER had!! I can't even look at my hands, they are all cut up & bleeding. Not only did the guy cut my finger with no apologies, he dug around ALL my cuticles with a dull utensil ripping instead of cutting & I now have 5-6 red painful hang nails on EVERY SINGLE FINGER!!! Wonderful experience. Terrific massage except I prefer no gloves. Teri doesn't accept credit cards so be sure to bring cash or check. I had neither and there were very understanding. I returned 1/2 hour later to pay them. I will return. read more
