I placed an order for a variety of balloons for a party. I was told they would be able to set up…read morefree delivery for the day of the party. I was getting many text messages from a door dash driver that had to wait over 30 minutes for my order because the store was backed up. I was told at the store I would receive two balloon weights and the balloons would be tied in a way that could easily come apart. I received one weight and the balloons were all knotted together. Really didn't want to spend an extra 40 minutes on the day of a party untying knots.

Yet they have advertisements all over saying we deliver! There is literally 3 signs outside, plus 1 as you enter and several more near the balloons... I went to pick up balloons on Christmas Eve for my sons birthday, got there at 11:15 for a 11AM pickup. There were 3 employees helping 1 customer pick out balloons. So I stood there and waited. Finally the flamboyant gentleman in a massive rainbow outfit (I don't care what he wore or who he is as a person, he seriously stood out. I would like to make it clear that I do not associate his behavior with others who wear rainbow garb.) acknowledged me and said yeah what do you want? I said I am here to pick up balloons, OH you NEED the receipt. I said here it is, I am picking up a lot of balloons for (name omitted for safety), and he deliberately mispronounces the name, I correct it and he specifically annunciates the incorrect pronunciation again. I let it slide. After about 20 seconds he said oh yeah those are your balloons behind the counter, they are all yours, just come and get them, oh and you WILL have to make several trips, I do not know how you will take them all at once, hope you have a big enough car. Another employee said maybe we should give it to him, I do not think that he should come behind the counter, alright fine, as he hands me 1 set at a time. I bring them to my car 1 set at a time and manage to get them all in. After I came back the first time, there was a lady standing at the door with my next batch. I am surprised with the 60+ balloons that I purchased, they did not think to offer to help bring it to my car... Oh well, I know that we will not be coming back to this location ever again.
