Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. They kept pressuring me to try to get me a Deep Cleaning which is not a normal procedure and I…read moreexplained I had a Deep Cleaning 2-3 years ago and it costs about $800 copay with good dental insurance. My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I walked out never to return will get my cavities, root canal, and implant all scheduled to be done somewhere else. F*** them

When I went for my cleaning, two days later, the hygienist hit the inside of my bottom lip with the drill, which shouldn't happen.

I just got my teeth cleaning at Bright Your Smile, just had to give 5 stars…read more As soon as I walked in, the receptionist knew who I was and welcomed me with friendly warm attitude. I waited for a lil while, I was called and got taken to the chair inside, and met Nicole the dental hygienist who took my x-ray and did the cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, made me feel relaxed and safe, and she was very knowledgeable and her work was amazing. I met Jennifer as well. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Jared Young (he is a pediatric dentist), since Dr. Katherine is on the maternity leave... he was also very nice and the lady who was sitting at the computer was awesome. Everyone was so nice and warm, I need some tooth work to be done and I can't wait to go back, then I will write more reviews. Not to forget, they gave me a goodie bag.
