They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused. I hope other customers do their diligence and understand what they are getting when they look at Affordable Movers, its affordable for a reason

We HIGHLY recommend Affordable Movers in the Panama City Beach area!

After the 7th past and no movers we called Allied to find out when our furniture would arrive. Allied told us the truck had not yet left Panama City Beach because they didn't have a driver and it would be another week before we would receive our furniture. They didn't even have the courtesy of calling us to let us know. We had to leave multiple messages before finally getting a call back to let us know what the status was. Our agent has yet to return our call after leaving him 4 messages. If you use Allied do not plan on getting your furniture until a week later than their scheduled delivery date.

Since I had to fly out of town the afternoon of the move, I was guaranteed to be first job in the morning (fingers crossed), with arrival at the storage facility planned for 08:00-09:00am. On the day, it was a rainy Saturday in Pensacola. I began getting texts shortly after 8:00am from the driver, concerned that they would be late due to traffic.
