When you simply tell them this is not acceptable work, they immediately go rogue , deflect, and then blame you claiming that you have never cleaned your own home. They post pictures of inside your home without your permission. I only hired them because I was selling my home, and I wanted a deep clean. When my realtor went through the day after they were done, he called me and asked when they were going to show up because he didn't even realize anybody had even cleaned. They also enjoy cursing at you & putting you down. This is supposed to be a company. They are simply wannabe, flyby, one hit wonders. Save your time & money. Stay away from this drama.
