**Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism**…read more I've had countless contractors and service providers perform work at my home over the years, and I can confidently say that Gianni Electrical Service provided one of the best experiences I've ever had. I hired Gianni Electrical Service for an outdoor electrical installation for my hot tub, and Dino did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything before beginning the installation and walked me through the completed work afterward. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he made sure the installation was neat, professional, and as unobtrusive as possible around my home. With over 20 years of experience in IT, project management, and customer service, I have a strong appreciation for exceptional workmanship and customer service. I would easily rank this among the top two experiences I've ever had with a contractor working at my home. I had a very positive experience with Gianni Electrical Service, and Dino especially deserves recognition. Employees like him are an asset to any organization and deserve to be recognized and rewarded for the level of professionalism and customer service they provide. I highly recommend Gianni Electrical Service to anyone looking for quality electrical work and outstanding customer service. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Dino, for making this such a positive experience. You've earned my recommendation and future business.
