I dropped my dog off under the impression that Vivian would be doing the grooming, but when I picked her up, I was shocked to find that someone else had actually cut her hair -- and completely ruined it! The haircut was uneven, choppy, and nothing close to what I asked for. My poor dog looked like a mess. I contacted Vivian (the owner) right away and asked if she could at least try to fix some of the damage, and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability -- just a complete lack of professionalism. If I hadn't paid in cash, I would've canceled the payment without hesitation. For $180, this was an absolute ripoff. I will never be going back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. If you care about your pet, do not take them to Posh Pup Grooming.

With that being said, I made an appt through their website after desperately needing of a new groomer for my dog, Peaches. I'm very satisfied with Vivian and her grooming salon. First, I do want to disclaim that my dog was very matted, very "dirty" and she's a elderly dog. So part of me was scared to take her to a grooming salon. But with a lot of care by Vivian and her teams. Peaches seems very happy and not as stressed as she used to be by previous groomers. What I really love about experience with Vivian were she's very detailed and explains the knowledge in what's good for my dog, what I should do, a lot of advices. She's not pushy either. And usually my dogs "cries" a lot when I leave her but as soon as she got inside. She was roaming around with other fur babies. Checking the place out...Which is rare but it made me feel comfortable. So I'm glad I stopped by. As for the price, it was pricey (it's because peaches was matted)... I hope next time, it's less (LOL)! I wish I took a picture of before but here's the after photos! Molly has regular grooming appointments as well as nail trims in between. We also get our other dogs nails trimmed occasionally. Dogs are still handled one at a time and never crated. We love our pup, Biscuit, and felt nervous about having someone watch her that we weren't familiar with. Sarah came as a recommendation from a friend and we couldn't have been more grateful for the connection. It's been a few years already, but Biscuit had her first meet and greet with Sarah before we started daycare and boarding. Sarah spoke with us and answered any questions we had and also gave Biscuit time to warm up to her home. We then started doing daycare days to acclimate Biscuit before doing overnight boarding. Sarah and Patrick never leave the dogs unsupervised which means that an adult is always watching them so you never have to worry about your pup being alone (especially the pups that have separation anxiety). Biscuit has an amazing time romping around with the other pups, which is a huge plus for us since it gives her time to play and socialize since she doesn't have any dog siblings herself. She also is a professional snuggle bug and Sarah and Patrick lean into all those cuddles granting her all the love. It's safe to say Biscuit is one spoiled pup when she's over there. Sarah is also great at sending updates and photos when you do overnight boarding, and she's always very communicative if you have any questions or concerns. She treats all dogs as if they're her own and she will follow through on any instructions you give her. Specific feeding time? No problem. Medication? She's got you. No sleeping in the bed so it's consistent with your house rules? She will respect and follow through. Sarah and Patrick want to make sure you as the pawrents feel safe and worry free so they are so kind and thoughtful in their care. Patrick is also a dog groomer and he's fantastic. You can have them watch your dog and get a groom while they are there! Patrick is great about hearing what you're wanting from the groom and does an amazing job. Biscuit came out squeaky clean and so fresh with her light trim. We trust Sarah and Patrick so much and always feel at peace when Biscuit is there. We couldn't send Biscuit anywhere else!
