I have known Dr. Taylor since 2000, some may feel that she is too direct and I very much appreciate her style of patient interaction. She is smart, very smart, attentive and respects her patients. Her style of communication may be unique but I like it. Straight and to the point. She has rendered highly complicated diagnoses in a telephone call. This has been my doctor over 25 years very nice doctors get along well after being with a person so long it's like you're part of the family, but the staff that she has there they all need to be let go whoever do the building does not know what she's doing I went there four times to be turned away. A regular visit is $20 I was being told that I needed to pay $40 for a visit. Now I have a coworker that goes there same insurance same doctor over 20 years. She pays $20. She told me that they were charging her $40 I called and checked with my insurance to visit is only $20. I don't know who is doing her building but they need to be let go when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was the same person as she's on maternity leave. This place is a fricken joke! I went to one visit because the other place I was going to was twice as expensive. It's been over a month since my appointment and over two months since my boyfriends appointment and we STILL have not gotten our prescriptions filled and now I need refills on other appointments. My husband had a appointment on 11-18-2020 with insurance and the billing person Kristi charge him as a cash patient $160.00 she stated that they don't do well man exams on new patients. Came here because it was close to home. I was able to get an appt pretty quick. The check-in staff was nice and the check-in process was smooth. I like the technology. The wait time for each visit was less than 5 mins. The office was clean and the providers seem friendly. There was a lady assistant who took my vitals she was either new or did not know what she was doing. I also had a male assistant who was also very nice and professional. However, the checkout and follow up is a nightmare. I called more than once to have something done and it was not done I was told that the person doing it was too busy and would get to it. I what I needed someone could have pitched in to do it, it wasn't a certain person job to do. I expressed how urgent it was to get the information over the same day just simple fax and I was told that they were too busy to send one. read more

I like Dr. Taylor. She listens and works hard to find the underlying issues. Also, she tells it like it is and doesn't talk in circles like some doctors. The office staff is always friendly and I don't have problems getting appointments. I recommend this practice to people all the time. I made an appointment at this place and was very excited to go there. I met with a PA there who was great then went to pay my co-pay which was $25.00 only to be told that I have to pay $220.00 because my deductible wasn't met. I told them that it had been met a month before from an ER visit that I had, they said that it hadn't been posted yet so I had to pay it and that once I could prove that it was they would either give the money back to me or credit my account. I went to my second visit a month later even tho they still hadn't given me my money back or credited me the money either. Had a great visit with my PA then went to pay and they tried to charge me $88.00. I fought with them this time and they ended up charging me $12.50, I have no idea where that amount came from. I paid it even tho they still owed me money. The man at the front desk said the computer system was down and he couldn't help me. I have sent at least 8 emails and called numerous times to ask them to give me my money back. I have gotten one response and that was "Depends what the issue is... is it a billing issue?" They not only billed me the $220.00 but they also billed my insurance and received$172.00 payment from them also. My 20 minutes there earned them $392.00. I took the extra money for that first visit from my grocery money and struggled that week.. I have been nice and I have been rude and they have done NOTHING to try to fix the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!! UPDATE: THE BILLING DEPT OF THIS OFFICE CONTACTED ME A FEW DAYS AFTER THIS WAS POSTED AND APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT SOMEHOW I WAS LOST IN THE SYSTEM, THEY ACCUSED THE OFFICE AND THE OFFICE SENT A LETTER IN THE MAIL ACCUSING THE BILLING DEPT. I had my first visit with Taylor Family Practice a few months ago. They completed the usual physical and we scheduled a follow up visit. I was thrilled with my initial visit. During my follow up we reviewed the findings and the sales pitch began. They prescribed multiple nutritional supplements that I HAD to buy at their pharmacy next door. Their pharmacy does NOT accept any insurance. The cost of the supplements was over $300. Needless to say I purchased my supplements from another provide. About 2 weeks after my visit I received a bill for $267 for lab work that was not covered by my insurance. This was a routine physical. I have tried to schedule two appointments since then for illnesses and they are difficult to work with. If you want an office that is only available when it is convenient for them this is your place. Their business model is built on supplements and lab work. They are not worth the money or the time. read more

I am pleased with this doctor's office because they seem to take a more comprehensive approach to your symptoms and making sure to get your whole body into good health. I do struggle a little bit with the front office staff because their attitude is not quite as pleasant as I would hope. I also find that their lab results take an unusually long amount of time to return especially in this age of technology. They had me wait four weeks for an appointment to get my lab results when other doctors offices get your results to you through email within a couple of days. I also had an allergy test and I was told that I needed to wait two weeks for the results when I read that other doctors offices have them to you the same day or within a couple of days. However I really appreciate that this practice also takes into consideration the nutritional deficiencies you may have and does not only throw typical drugs at you. The first time I went I had a long wait time in the office however they said that was not typical. On my second visit I was taken back pretty quickly. Overall, I would be happy to keep this doctor as my new primary care physician. read more

I went back in to see Dr. Taylor for my follow up visit today. She assured me that the front desk issues have been resolved and that it will not happen again. Just the same as when I saw Dr. Taylor last week, she was just as efficient and caring this visit. She is definitely on a mission to cure me from the symptoms that I have had since December. I appreciate the care and time that she takes with her patients. I will continue to see Dr. Taylor and would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. read more
