Today, I had another great visit with my Dental Technician Angel Sent from Heaven to Save Me from…read moreDentures: Ashley. I am not one who fears my trips to the dentist at all, but this practice could cure anyone who is. No lie, I look forward to going each time and it's not just for the free toothbrush/floss/travel size Colgate at the end of the visit. But, I do like that, too. Who doesn't love a tiny pack of floss for their purse? I digress... The entire staff makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. My trips should be awful because I have had gum issues for years. But, Ashley and I worked on a plan to get my oral health back on track. Dr. Orman helped, too, of course. I mean, the whole office rocks, but Ashley? She was incredibly helpful by recommending products that I could use outside of my office visits to help improve my "you got some bad gums/build-up and bone loss" situation. That means I could be losing teeth and getting partials or (gasp!) dentures if I don't get my act together. Dentures? Ewwww, no. I am far too vain for that. So, today? Ashley's investment in me as a patient and my dedication (floss, people, for the love of all things holy, FLOSS!) has me back on track. It's been a journey, but I will still be eating corn on the cob in the future with my own choppers and not worrying about where "I put my teeth," when company comes over. How embarrassing, right? And, FYI, if you have gum issues and don't take care of them? Just go ahead and prepare for dentures. Or, better idea: Go see the folks at this practice; do not wait any longer. They aren't super fancy, but they are super fantastic.

: My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely exceptional…read morefrom beginning to end. Before I even stepped into the office, I was warmly greeted over the phone by two young ladies who provided accurate information and made me feel completely welcomed. That first impression truly set the tone for what would become an outstanding experience. I have to start by highlighting KP, who took my x-rays. From the moment he introduced himself, his personality immediately put me at ease. He was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients' experience. There was even a lighthearted moment when I accidentally bit him during the x-rays -- and instead of making it awkward, he laughed it off and forgave me on the spot! It turned into a funny, human moment that made us both laugh and instantly eased any nervousness. That kind of grace and good humor speaks volumes about his character. KP's kindness, patience, and positive energy truly stood out and set the foundation for the rest of my visit. Next, I met Jess, the dental hygienist -- and she was amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. She shared information about my dental health that I had not heard from my previous dentist in over 10 years. She explained procedures that would greatly improve my dental health, and her knowledge and care gave me so much confidence that I decided to move forward with her recommendations. The cleaning she performed was probably the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Aaron was equally impressive. He carefully assessed my dental needs and created a clear plan that will result in me having a beautiful, updated, permanent smile. He was professional, reassuring, and thorough. I also have to mention the great music playing throughout the office -- the playlist created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. One moment that truly stood out to me showed the teamwork and closeness of the staff. While Kayla was taking my impressions for Invisalign, she realized she needed assistance. Dr. Aaron just happened to be walking by, and the moment she asked for help, he immediately stepped in without hesitation. He didn't delegate it -- he personally came in and assisted her to make sure everything was done properly. That spoke volumes about his leadership, humility, and genuine commitment to patient care. It also demonstrated how well this team works together and supports one another. Kayla herself was gentle, patient, and attentive while taking my impressions. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Tony, the financial associate, was absolutely wonderful. I asked him to run several different financial scenarios so I could fully understand my options, and he did so patiently, willingly, and thoroughly. At no point did he make me feel like I was asking too much or being difficult. He never appeared rushed or agitated -- instead, he remained calm, professional, and supportive the entire time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with me to create a plan that felt manageable and realistic. That level of patience and respect meant so much to me. On top of that, he was humorous and personable -- we laughed and had such an enjoyable interaction that even discussing finances felt easy and stress-free. Every part of my visit felt seamless, professional, and genuinely caring. Because of the outstanding staff and the incredible experience I had, I have decided to make Aspen Dental my permanent dental provider. KP, Jess, Dr. Aaron, Tony, and Kayla are exceptional people. Their professionalism, compassion, teamwork, and personalities are what make Aspen Dental such a wonderful place. This experience truly feels life-changing for me. Thank you to the entire team for such a phenomenal job. I am beyond grateful.

terrible!! terrible!! run!!!!!! this place is just awful! my husband had all of his teeth pulled at…read moreone time and they stitched him up and threw a temporary set of dentures in his mouth that he never coud wear because his gums were painful to the touch for over 2 weeks. i called the office and they said the gums were still healing and they will get better and for him to wear the dentures daily. he was still in excruciating pain over a month later. i called them back to make an appointment. they finally seen him and state that the reason he was in pain and the gums were not healing was because the surgeon left bone fragments in his jaw and they were stabbing his gums. they also told us that due to the amount of teeth that were removed the surgeon should have done the fragment removal at the same time as the teeth extractions. they scheduled him for a procedure to remove the fragments. this opened all the sutures on his gums from the original surgical procedure. finally after another 2 weeks, his gums were healing and they were able to fit him with another set of temporary dentures after the swelling subsided. about six months went by and they gave him his final dentures. over the next several months we went back several times to get them readjusted. everything was fine until the teeth started falling out the dentures. i took the set of dentures up there 2 times over the next several months to have the teeth set back in. well then i get a bill for over 1,000 even though i had already paid me complete balance off in full! (6,000) that was just our portion, the insurance paid close to (7,000). i went into the office to inquire about the bill and i was told by the finance department that we were charged for a second surgery (bone fragment). i explained to her that he only had one surgery and the second procedure was a fix that was only performed because of the negligance of the surgeon. she looked over the claim and stated that she would take care of the adjustment and we did not owe any additional money. fast forward to over a year later, my husband's teeth started falling out of the detures again. 4 total! i called the office to make an appointment to have his dentures repaired but i was told that he still has a balance of over 1,000 on his account so they cannot schedule him an appointment until that is paid. i explained to her about the past convo that i had with billing over a year ago. she placed me on hold to investigate and she came back and state sthat they will have to look into the situation. i told her that we have had nothing but complaints with aspen dental since we first came. i asked for the customer service number and i was tod that she could give it to me but they are not gonna do anything about it. they will just dirct me back to their store! wow! i said so basically aspen dental does not give a rats ass about their customer service issues and their product is shit!!! they do not care!

The next visit- absolute perfection. I went in and came out 4 hours later - Problems fixed. No pain. And a greatly reduced fear of the Chair! They proceeded to let me know that they needed to do a cleaning around that one particular tooth, OK cost me $600 to have that one tooth cleaned. The pain continued on and got worse after the cleaning and was told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol together to help ease the pain. The pain got worse and two months later I went to a periodontist. They too took x-rays and discovered I had significant bone loss And an infection around that tooth. This tooth now needs to be pulled because it's beyond repair and replaced with an implant. The periodontist told me that the infection looked like it had been there a lot longer than two months and has now moved up into my sinus cavity. Save yourself a lot of pain and money and definitely DO NOT use The Art of Dentistry for any of your dental needs.
