They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and fully understood every procedure and treatment option available to me. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. If a service was not available in their office, they provided referrals to help me continue my dental care without delay. I only wish Dr. Yung could provide all of my dental needs. I drove two and a half hours for this appointment, and it was absolutely worth every mile. The exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication of Dr. Yung and his team made the trip worthwhile. My first and only…read morevisit to this dentist consisted of a dental cleaning by the doctor that took less than 10 minutes. No cancer screening examination. Clinical hygiene issues that left me very concerned that I could get an infection from the visit. The dentist did not practice any form of hand hygiene. He simply changed his outer pair of latex gloves for new ones. He was wearing filthy surgical scrubs that he'd clearly been wearing all day long. Some of the dental instruments were severely scratched and worn. I did not ask about an autoclave or sterilization procedures, but I know from my experience working in a hospital that any instrument that scratched should be discarded immediately. You also have to change all of your PPE completely between patients after you wash your hands, even if wearing gloves. Safety concerns, quality of care and antiquated equipment all combine to eliminate this practice from future consideration for me.

No lie, I look forward to going each time and it's not just for the free toothbrush/floss/travel size Colgate at the end of the visit. But, I do like that, too. Who doesn't love a tiny pack of floss for their purse? I digress... The entire staff makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. My trips should be awful because I have had gum issues for years. But, Ashley and I worked on a plan to get my oral health back on track. Dr. Orman helped, too, of course. I mean, the whole office rocks, but Ashley? She was incredibly helpful by recommending products that I could use outside of my office visits to help improve my "you got some bad gums/build-up and bone loss" situation. That means I could be losing teeth and getting partials or (gasp!) dentures if I don't get my act together. Dentures? Ewwww, no. I am far too vain for that. So, today? Ashley's investment in me as a patient and my dedication (floss, people, for the love of all things holy, FLOSS!) has me back on track. It's been a journey, but I will still be eating corn on the cob in the future with my own choppers and not worrying about where "I put my teeth," when company comes over. How embarrassing, right? And, FYI, if you have gum issues and don't take care of them? Just go ahead and prepare for dentures. Or, better idea: Go see the folks at this practice; do not wait any longer. I was referred to Aspen by my mother who wanted to me to complete some long overdue and VERY needed dental work. I have EXTREME dental anxiety and past dental experiences made me more than leery of dentists and dental offices. After deciding to go through with the procedure, Dr. Yellisetti and all of the dental hygienists were awesome. They were calming and never once shamed or embarrassed me. The only issues I had was billing. The procedure was paid for up front and out of pocket. However, I was apparently billed incorrectly. Long story short after months of questions and 3 different office managers, it was resolved. Special thanks to Tori. She stayed professional, kind and understanding through my ranting and frustration (which had NOTHING to do with her) and resolved the situation within minutes. Dr. Taylor built a beautiful facility to better accommodate his staff and patients. The office is bar none the best I have ever experienced. His staff has always presented themselves with exemplary customer service and they are extremely proficient in their skill set. I was forced to see someone when I developed an infection in my jaw. Dr. Taylor was extremely concerned. He saw me immediately and referred me to a few of his colleagues following up throughout the process. I ultimately needed to see an oral surgeon who fixed the issue. After I was healed I went back for a cleaning which was wonderful. The hygienist explained everything she was doing. She was professional, caring and did a wonderful job. I went back to have a broken tooth fixed a week after the cleaning. Dr Taylor was personable, professional and considerate of my anxiety.
