I visited Harbison Hill Dentistry on Thursday, March 24, 2022, for my routine cleaning, which I get twice a year along with X-rays and a check-up. Dr. Rama K. Yelisetty examined my teeth and noticed I had a chipped tooth. Instead of recommending a filling or a root canal, he suggested extracting the tooth, claiming it couldn't be saved and that I would save $3,000 by avoiding a root canal. I expressed my preference to save the tooth, but he dismissed my concerns with technical jargon. Unconvinced, I immediately sought a second opinion from another dentist, who was able to fill the tooth without any issues. Now, three days later, my tooth feels perfectly fine. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this dental office. If you choose to go, proceed at your own risk. read more

Made an appointment in August as a new patient, and the earliest they had was the end of Oct. I thought it was a long wait but I understand I'm a new patient. a day before my appointment they called to cancel. This is not the DDS for me. read more

Today I enjoyed another great experience at Harbison Hill Dentistry. From the two professionals at the front desk, to my astonishing hygienist Angie, I was treated with congeniality, care, and outstanding communication. Additionally, Dr. Adams followed up regarding a concern that she had referred to an oral surgeon. My biopsy came back benign....kudos to Dr. Adams for her thoroughness. Neff Ward is so gentle. I saw her to have some buttons installed to allow Invisalign braces to move my teeth. It can be a messy process whereby a lot of foul-tasting cement is flung all over the back of your teeth and tongue and it glues your teeth together so you can't floss. Without my asking Neff put down some gauze on my tongue like a blanket. I said, "Aa aa." She said, "You're welcome!" After each section she flossed me and cleaned up and asked me to feel around. The clear glue can't be seen - only felt. After doing her checks she re-did one that she didn't like. She is competent, thoughtful, and fast. She included me to make sure it was right. The movement of my teeth depends on these buttons. I love going to Harbison Hill because the careful hands and tools of Dr Rama Yelisetti, hygienist Emily Pfitzenmaier, and dental assistant Neff Ward. read more

This place is a senior scam. My initial visit, after being rescheduled twice, was for a cleaning and x-rays. The office said their dental hygienist was out sick but I could come on for my appointment for x-rays and the doctor visit and do the cleaning later. I said fine and kept the appointment. Dr. Y said that when I see the hygienist they determine a course of continued treatment. My x-rays were never discussed. But at the end of the doctor visit, the receptionist refused to schedule my cleaning but instead the receptionist presented me with a treatment plan for deep cleanings for about $800.00. I may need some additional dental work but refusing to provide a basic cleaning, a service they led me to believe I would receive, is reprehensible. read more

Wow. I was very impressed with my first appointment. I've been going to the same dentist for almost 20 years and switched to Dr. Adams. The staff is amazing. They are helpful and kind. The office uses state of the art technology for xrays... all digital. They went over all of my options for treatment. They also gave prices IN ADVANCE! The dental assistant spent time talking with me and educating me on the procedures I need. I have to say I'm kind of shocked. I have to say it was a bit empowering to to be educated and know the outcomes before anything was done. read more

Dr Eaves was really impressive. She's kind and really thorough. I kid you not, I did not feel one single shot she gave me. She took her time and didn't jam needle and meds in quickly. I was never uncomfortable. My teeth bite perfectly, and they're smooth where fillings were done. I was just really happy with her. She set up a payment plan, and just totally made me feel like while she was with me I was the priority. I'm not even scared to go back Monday. I wish I'd switched to her a long time ago. She's my new favorite! I hope that she'll be around I'd like to have her as my dentist for the long haul. Dr Eaves thank you for making me feel like I mattered. Now about Dee. She assisted Dr Eaves and spent time with me prior, answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I rarely strike up conversations with strangers, but was she easy to talk to, and she made it so easy to feel a connection with her on that human personal level. (I loved talking with you Dee your an asset there). She also knew every single time I really needed to swallow or to just breath. I could speak to her without saying a word. Girls at the front were also so kind and made sure I didn't have to come back the next day, getting everything I needed in that day, by moving stuff around. I wish I knew their names. Horrible customer service. Dentist is rude, and incompetent. The entire office lacks customer service skills. 0/5, I would never recommend a dog to this dentist. Actually, I feel as though she needs to go to dental school again. read more

The staff here is excellent plus. Warm, friendly, personable. They work with you insurance and payment. I've been with them for three years and have recommended them to several people, all of whom have raved. The dentist is exceptional, very competent and friendly. Sad to say I had a negative experience throughout year of orig procedure. (Though I had been a patient for several years) I kept going back with pain turned out I had an undiagnosed infection as procedure was not done correctly (finally diagnosed by different dentist) and the dentists at harbision hill would not address or help with healing this infection though they were aware that I suffered throughout year due to pain as I went back many times throughout year. Nor would they help cover the cost (I asked them to split it) of the procedure that I have to have redone to fix the same tooth and of course ins will not cover the same tooth within the same year If you are considering this practice and are used to trusting the care you receive from your dentist I personally implore you to find a different dentist read more

Worst dentist and staff ever! He lies and pushes procedures on you, he trained his staff to lie and to be obnoxious, highly unprofessional. All about money, disorderly and lack compassion, don't even bother, better to use a mechanic as your dentist than this guy and his office staff! read more
