The trailer we bought from them had some wiring issues, so we had the manufacturer send us the tail light wire harness since it kept shorting out and actually fried the wires in the front. Upon getting the jet skis back we noticed that the wire harness never was replaced but I was charged for it (it was still under warranty). They left out a few screws to the hatch so when we got it out on the water, 2 gallons of river water leaked into the engine compartment. There was more but I'm sure you get the picture. When I spoke with the repair guy he was very apologetic and wanted us to drive the hour and half back to make it right. We were charged almost 200 dollars for them to check the battery draining only for him to tell us that there was nothing he could do about it and it is not covered under warranty so needless to say we will not be bringing them back.

We had to wait around for over an hour while they finished the bike they said was ready for pick up. 15 miles outside of ttown on the way home the bike completely dies! I go to check the battery connection and the seat wasn't even correctly put on! What were they doing for the 2 months that they had my bike! I live an hr away, if it's not ready DON'T TELL ME IT'S READY!!!! They rushed to get us out of the door and it could have costed my life! Shame on you Smith's Sport...shame on you!!

That to me was outrageous, $400 for assembly and $200 doc fee plus other fees, it was a deal breaker for me. It increased the cost of the 125 Trail by almost 50%......... I will buy a new 125 Trail but it will not be from Village Cycle Center......:

I recently took my motorcycle to Village Cycle Center after it had been submerged in a lake for…read moreapproximately five minutes. Prior to this incident, the bike had no issues. I brought it in immediately so they could flush it out and ensure everything was in working order. During the process, it appears they removed the exhaust to clear the water, which understandably triggered the O2 sensor and a check engine light. However, when I asked about the light, I was told they did not know the cause. It wasn't difficult to conclude that the O2 sensor was the likely reason. Later, they contacted me and said the bike needed new spark plugs. I authorized that repair without issue. The following day, they called again and stated that my wiring harness was rusted and nonfunctional, and that it would cost $2,000 to repair. I declined. When I picked up the bike, it ran perfectly unlike they had said. Upon inspection, I found no rust or wiring harness issues, and the only ECU code was a o2 sensor that like I said earlier they said they have new clue why the engine light is on. Additionally, I noticed several screws and bolts were missing from my plastics, which had not been reinstalled properly. In short, the bike is running well despite the shop's claim that it required a costly wiring harness replacement, and it was returned to me with missing hardware.
