Kim B. I would like to write a review on this insurance agent because he is the worst insurance…read moreagent I have ever dealt with. I started two policies with Daven Primm in January 2023 and was lied to time after time as to why my insurance was not ready. it was so bad that I had to get another insurance agent in June or July not sure because it took so long to get it straight. Today is August 30, 2023 and it was just finalized. I did a good review on him previously when I thought the insurance had gone through but it had not. He was very unprofessional and never even sent the money back to me when State Farm sent it back to him because he did complete the work needed. I have been with State Farm for a long time before now and it would not make sense to leave them now but had I been treated like this when I first got with them I would have left a long time ago. I no longer have respect for the company because they allowed it to happen. And now I'm paying more money than I would have if it went though in January. I feel so mistreated by them all. I would give a 0 if I could. Be careful if you deal these shady people.
