Every season she fake an illness after April 15th and goes missing for long periods of time. I hope she gets the help she needs but the turn around to get anything done should be a week or so, not several months. The cheaper price isn't worth the degraded service.

Sean was my tax preparer, after doing my taxes I had penalties from CCA, state of Ohio, and the federal tax service. I ended up trying to call Sean without a return phone call. I called him three times. I ended up stopping in his office. The secretary went to tell him I was there and I overheard him talking to her stating "this guy called me three F-ing times" After hearing that I walked out. Sean still did not call me, The secretary did. this experience was horrible. On top of that I was charged $500 for my tax return... I will never be back.

I provided notes for some local things that were not heeded. They also made a decision without my approval to apply a refund to the next year's taxes instead of having the money refunded now. Took them to task for the poor service, and then they refused to finish the filing wasting over 2 weeks of time with the deadline approaching. I have fired this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. They were told they would have bigger problems over this, which they responded to by threatening to file a police report (a report for what exactly, I don't know). I'm not sure how they treat their other clients, but I had an extremely bad experience.
