I did not know there were different levels of coverage until after the claim. This was the home I lived in and value about 225,000 and she wrote the lowest form possible without giving me any options or explaining anything. I also wanted to add water back-up she said they don't allow it on the rental homes, but I feel at that time she could have told me that this policy does not even cover water damage or there is option for better coverage. Then this would have not happened. Then I had a claim because there was a water leak from a pipe that did about 23,000+ damage. If it was a better policy it would have been covered. If she gave me options I would have got the better policy, then after the damage she gave me a quote of the better policy within 20 mins I emailed her to move forward and she never did! Very Unprofessional!!

I provided all the necessary documentation, jumped through every hoop they asked for, and still got denied without a valid explanation. Their customer service is a nightmare--unresponsive, unhelpful, and borderline rude. It feels like a scam designed to wear people down so they give up. If you value your peace of mind and your hard-earned money, go elsewhere. I regret trusting them and warn anyone considering their services to think twice.
