During the pandemic when they had a huge increase in people getting their taxes done. I dropped off my paperwork in February and called and stopped in to see when it would be completed the closer it got to tax day. A very rude younger man would not give me any answers. He caused me so much anxiety. He just refused to give me a completion date or tell me why it was taking so long. I eventually was called the day before tax day. I decided to give them another chance. I've been happy with the service once again. If I see this person sitting off to the right in front I just avoid him. The rest of the staff is wonderful including the owner.
