Sean was my tax preparer, after doing my taxes I had penalties from CCA, state of Ohio, and the federal tax service. I ended up trying to call Sean without a return phone call. I called him three times. I ended up stopping in his office. The secretary went to tell him I was there and I overheard him talking to her stating "this guy called me three F-ing times" After hearing that I walked out. Sean still did not call me, The secretary did. this experience was horrible. On top of that I was charged $500 for my tax return... I will never be back.

I dropped off my tax information and was told it would be a week or so until my taxes would be completed. I then e mailed the owner 2 pieces of addition information as he requested that were needed for my taxes. After almost 2 weeks I received no response to my e mails and when I contacted the business my call was not returned or the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. Since I was getting no where just waiting around I went in to see what was going on. At this point it was almost 3 weeks since I dropped off my tax information and come to find that the taxes were not even started. The owner was very arrogant and always has an excuse for why he can't return calls or why his voicemail is full. I guess you get what you pay for and cheap is not always better. I wouldn't even give this 1 star except it is a requirement.
