After dropping all the paperwork off for Kelli to prepare our taxes, it took dozens of phone calls and several emails to finally get the taxes filed over two months later. No follow up, no phone calls apologizing for the unprofessional handling of the same. IRS contacts us to discuss underpaid taxes, tried to contact Kelli again... non-responsive. IRS contacts us again now with a much higher unpaid taxes amount, again no response from Kelli until she finally relented sending a two sentence email: you'll have to deal with the IRS yourself. Huh? That was your work, folks. Contacted the office manager, Suzanne, who responded with equal nonchalance and unprofessionalism: don't know what you want me to do for you. Lesson learned, folks. I'm not sure who you're helping, but it won't be me any longer.

If you no longer want me as a customer this is not the way to go about it. I've started with $99 then up to $150 for tax prep and I didn't mind the increase, I may have even paid a little more because I love supporting local businesses, but now you are increasing prices for personal taxes 3x. I have supported your business by referring my friends and family. Way to go, nice way to weed out your customers. If you no longer want to do mine or anybody else's personal taxes that is fine , you are moving in a new direction. I want to let you know you handled this very wrong. My 89 year old mother has been with Landing Point for a couple of decades. Recently, though, my Mom has asked her daughters (myself included) to have a more active and assistive part in her finances. Landing Point and especially Susan Vasu have been extremely kind and respectful. And very, very patient! We have asked them to change things several times now as my Mom and my sisters and I explore how best to coordinate things. They are wonderful!

I have experienced the incompetence of this company. Processing late my payments. They were advised not to run the payments but they did anywhere to ruin my credit. They processed the payment late according because I have repeatedly called and enquired about it. They have an incompetent employee who is not informed properly. If you are looking for problems this is a company to deal with. According to my dentist, they were not supposed to charge a processing fee. Good luck if you deal with this company.
