I then called to speak with their totally incompetent office staff and requested to speak with Luis or George, neither could take one minute to respond to a long-time customer. I asked for a call back, never received one. I am so done with these guys. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I should have a long time ago. Then I find out these guys have a Federal lawsuit against them in 2023 for filing fraudulent tax returns...go google it.

For this year, I still haven't received my Tax refund, though pitiful it is, since I changed my banking information, which I provided to the man that was preparing my taxes, and supposedly he sent the correct bank direct deposit information to the IRS when he submitted my taxes, onlky to realize through the IRS website several weeks later that even though it said that my refund had been deposited into my bank, upon checking my bank, no money had been deposited, when calling the internal IRS phone number to see what happened in March 2026, the agent told me that the money had been deposited to some bank, that was not mine, I was told that a track something was submitted, and that a check would be sent, and that it would take up to 6 weeks to get it. We are now in May 2026, and no Refund check. Go elsewhere for your tax preparation services.
