Oscar Rey has had my taxes for 3 years. Charged me $1000 and they were rejected. He then did…read morenothing ever since and I've had to chase him for 3 years and he just lies. I ask him for my taxes and he says send me more documentation but I've sent everything I have and he has a limited power of attorney. He refuses to do anything except give me the runaround. I know someone who worked there who tells me he would change dates on tax documents so that the clients would be held liable for costs in which he was supposed to be liable due to his own negligence. This is true and I can only write this is it is true. He needs to be audited by the government. I'm going to the attorney general about him They've just led ft a review reply stating I did a few raid I lent action which is slander. And will be used to further my court case. Oscar has a new puppet apparently. I have evidence. And Oscar has the documentation required to grab any paperwork he needed in the form of a limited power of attorney. He's also allegedly changed other clients tax form dates to avoid liability and that comes for rectify from a former employee who told me About it. I have been in contact with the district attorney as well as filing cIvilly I will Pursue criminal charges.the facts are that Oscar Rey and his staff are on numerous emails putting me off after having been told they received everything I have and refused to do their job after refusing to disclose charging me a business tax fee for persoral taxes. They've refused to use the limited power of attorney to attain the records they're bound by law to attain to do the job they weeks hired for and the tax cpa I hiRed to do the job hE didn't complete got all documents in short order. I've beEn advised that I have an excellent case to sue and will do so in my jurisdiction. I have the witness who witnessed Oscar Rey changing dates on tax forms to avoid his own liability when he didn't get things done in time. A full audit of this company is in order. He lies and refuses to do his job if it doesn't go smoothly. Spends most of his time on vacations in countries where the laws are Looser with regard to the thiNgs he likes to do extra curricularly than doing his own job. Instead usually the office is staffed by one person who knows taxes and one layperson who just knows office work. He's also at least once hired a person based on them being "a good looking Latino male" according to the emails from the former eMployee.
