UNFUCKINGACCEPTABLE. Inthe middle of a pandemic????? You're part of the problem. What made it worse is that I had a time sensitive appointment in Mannhattan which I had to catch the 4:29 pm train for. I called at 4:15, plenty of time for them to get to my place and bring me to the station. The dispatch said "5 minutes". 15 minutes passed when the can driver got here. So I told him to bring me to the Island Park train station because I had already missed the train leaving long beach. The lady behind me was also complaining about the driver's nasty attitude and yelling at the dispatch and honking at everyone. She angrily requested to be dropped back off at the train station and refused to pay. I don't blame her. We make our way to the Island Park station and the train is already leaving. What a waste of fucking time. I requested to be brought back home. I didn't pay either but the driver didn't give me a hard time about that. And now I have a headache from this whole situation AND the awful fucking smell of cigarette smoke. Really just a waste of fucking time. Also hope I didn't catch covid from this motherfucker not wearing a mask. TERRIBLE FUCKING EXPERIENCE NEVER ENDORSE THIS POS CAB COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They usually arrive in about 20-25 minutes, and I make it just in time. They are reliable in a pinch. There have been times where they've been excessively busy, and unable to provide service due to lack of drivers. In that case, I would suggest contacting All Island Transportation as a back up. I have never had any problems with this cab service. Sometimes they do bunk you with one or two other people, but I don't see it as an issue, as long as I catch my train.
