My family and I had bad luck trying to fly out due to weather issues. Our flight was delayed several times and ultimately cancelled. We had to scramble around looking for rental car availability with no luck once again. Everyone was booked or closed. We also called around to other services and all were either closed or required a reservation in advance as well. Finally, I called COD and they were able to get a driver to us in less than an hour. The reason they are life savers is for their professionalism, courtesy, and understanding of our situation. They also accommodated our 19 month old with a car seat. Without them, we would've been stuck 2 hours away from family, with a tired and flustered baby, without our luggage, and extremely frustrated with our travel issue.
