My drivers all get me picked up right at the time that I booked for which is a rarity in the taxi business and even more of a rarity the fact that the cab is clean and the driver actually knows where they're going outside of their local town. I usually ask for Terry or Jeremy because they always show up in an SUV clean with bottled water and Sirius XM radio stations Tunes the little Steven's underground garage. Even if I book a taxi for 3 a.m. they show up on time at least 10 to 15 minutes early. Because I travel so much for business they give me all my personal trips either free or discounted making it a very convenient service to use all the way around

The agent was going to charge me the full amount because it was made less than 24 hours before. We went back and forth a bit and when I asked if they couldn't rebook the driver they had allegedly already booked and paid for late that afternoon, the agent said "well, do you know anyone who needs a ride at that time in NYC?"
