On our way to the Sacramento Airport for a Disney Cruise to Alaska, we learned that the car carrying our children and two young grandchildren had been rear ended and totaled. They were stranded on the freeway, shaken, and unable to get to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport, Moe didn't hesitate. He immediately left the terminal, drove straight to the accident scene, gathered our family, and got them safely back to the airport -- delivering them to the gate just in time to make our flight. And he still wasn't done. Moe waited until I confirmed that every one of us had boarded the plane. And after all of that, he still went the extra mile -- literally -- driving the car seats back to my son's house. Moe's kindness, urgency, and genuine care turned what could have been a heartbreaking disaster into a saved family vacation. We will forever be grateful, and we will never use another car service. The nearer our trip was, the more anxiety I felt thinking it might ghost me on the day of our flight and I don't have plan B.
