The vehicle was very nice, clean and smelled fresh too...not your typical cab. I was impressed. I didn't really talk to the driver as I was preoccupied with work emails; however, he was very nice. As we got closer to the airport I asked a couple questions and he was full of knowledge! When he dropped me off he wished me a safe flight. Great service! I have used others "bigger company names" when they asked where I was going and probably I wasn't going over 5 miles away they told me ETA was 30 min or more. They are late, do not know the area, and are rude. In addition, I believe that they put their passengers and others on the road in danger. This morning, traveling to work in my own car, a taxi med vehicle came up behind me and tailgated me for quit a distance. I was going at least 10 miles above speed limit, and with other cars next to me, I didn't have much option. In addition, it was raining, rush hour, I wasn't about to get a speeding ticket or drive unsafe because of taxi driver who was probably late picking up his passenger in the first place. The tax driver continued to flash his lights at me, and moment I was able to get into the other lane, I did. I look over, and the tax driver was REACHING OVER the passenger flicking me off!! Then proceeded to zoom pass and me and cut me off. I couldn't believe it, I think it was completely uncalled for, and really do hope the passenger got to his destination safe and sound.

Smooth and safe drive despite all the construction on the Kennedy and we arrived on time. Driver helped unload and made sure we had everything. They took CC through their phone app with a tap and I got an emailed receipt. I also booked them coming back and told them we needed the same setup. Sal was responsive and made sure the driver was there. Our flight was delayed but the driver was still there. Same charge and great driver with the car seats strapped in by the fire department. They were rock solid.

Taxi rate calculators estimated $7-$9 for the ride, so I expected similar cost. We the called back to confirm a car on the way, they took payment. To my surprise it was $36. A second surprise came when the car picking me up was an Uber. So apparently, they used my $36 to book me an $8 Uber ride. The Uber driver was also surprised.
