If you are a teacher, save your money! This company does not know what they are doing. When you…read morecall to get information, each customer service employee answering the phone gives you different information. They are usually not very pleasant to speak to. They refuse to pass you on to a manager. The agents go to the schools and basically scam the teachers into believing that they won't be able to survive their retirement without them. These agents don't care about the teachers; it is all about getting your money. They don't even keep in touch with you once they start pulling the money out of your check. When I pulled out my money, they took 3 months to return it to me because they didn't have it because they sent it to another company. Apparently, they work with TCG, who is even worse than they are. Well, TCG, said they didn't have my money either. I went back and forth between both companies, each saying they didn't have my money and didn't know where it was. I filled out each company's forms several times because they couldn't find the paperwork. Months later, I finally got my money, but they charged so many, "administrative" fees. Administrative????? I could never get hold of a supervisor!! Teachers, don't fall for the "Advisors" that go to the schools, to the lounge, and to your classroom to try to convince you to let them take money out of your check because your retirement won't be enough. They are just not an honest business.

This company takes zero responsibility or accountability for their actions. Very unorganized and promises the world of what they will do for you. But this company surely can't be trusted. I have over 8 months of evidence and I plan to conduct further legal matters with this case. Because not only do they have my personal information I am uncertain what they would do with it.
