My Taxes where done in a breeze! 2019- They helped me out with some complex issues I had that were from a few years back and that I didn't know until last year. Our experience was okay with Newton. There were a couple items missed that were highlighted in the interview and in the documentation provided. Although it was quickly corrected when pointed out. We felt that we were not really listened to. What we found to be disappointing was when we came in to pay and pick up our documents Jesse sat 10 feet from where we were standing and did not make an effort to say hello or thank us for our business. Me and the hubs needed help with our taxes this year since some things have changed. I called Newton CPA and Natalie answered the phone. She as super friendly and answered all my questions. She made the whole transition easy. I was worried because I called last minute but Natalie said if we bring in our information that week then they can do our taxes by the deadline. I dropped off our information that week and met Natalie in person. She was so nice and sweet!! I typically do my own personal taxes but had some complicated issues in 2017. I spoke with Natalie and she made an appointment to review my situation. Natalie was on the phone when I arrived about 15 mins early but Matthew quickly came and introduced himself and greeted me by name. He also was ready to review my file with me and we worked through my tax issues. As we were leaving Natalie also introduced herself and apologized for not being able to greet me upon my arrival which she did not have to do.
