Taxden has helped me SO much with my taxes! They've helped me get the most out of each paycheck explaining dollar amounts that I should withhold so that I don't have to owe every year. I've tried other places, and they mess up my taxes so bad! I just wanted to break even, and they helped again this year. Taxden is professional & thorough, they take the time to go over numbers halfway through the year to make sure everything looks good. I'm forever thankful to them. 3 weeks ahead making an appointment with fahim , But when the day coming different person doing my tax : This is funny for the business to make an appointment with fahim but different worker show up. This place are going to be sucks cause i am not doing with different person. dont be lie with customers. Fahim and the entire team are amazing. They are easy to deal with over the phone and email and I could not be happier with their services. As pandemic hit last year and running into this year, they updated their system where we can easily upload files and make filing taxes so much easier and secured! If there is any questions from your filing the team gets you an answer quick! I have worked with our CPA in the past where questions doesn't get answer and they never provide any explanation. Worst experience working with Fahim. He no-showed to virtual appointments twice, and when calling his office for an update at the time of the appts, only then did they inform us he's sick and then the second time, had a family emergency. When he finally did attend our appointment, we were advised to file an extension due to the complexity. (Simple tax return, 2 w2s, one property, would have taken 10 minutes). We did, and rescheduled in May after tax season like he requested, only for him to cancel again via a rude email telling us he no longer will file for us. During the process his staff also incorrectly informed us we were to owe 20k only for me to catch their errors, to correct that federal withholdings were in fact done, which they wouldn't see from a simple w2. We delayed and had to pay for an extension for no reason because of him, and dealt with very rude incompetent staff. Fahim sucks! I've never been ignored for a whole year by someone before... especially when I'm paying him lol. I recently received my LAST YEARS' tax returns, simply because of the lack of attention he had for me. In honor of writing an honest review, Fahim used to be my and my family's tax go-to tax guy. He was caring, understanding and made us feel like family. This is when he was "Tax Care" with his family. During the pandemic he moved his company to "Tax Den" and his entire company went to shit. His receptionist is rude, there's no way to actually speak to someone 90% of the time. When finally get through to someone they're rude and entitled. Not sure why? My last year's experience: I made an appointment in March, it was canceled, rescheduled, ignored multiple times. (rescheduled without my knowledge) It's now April, I really needed to get my taxes done, so whatever it takes. Still, the same nightmare of a service. It's now AUGUST I'm battling to get a simple w2 filed. Finally, we're "successful" with the appointment. I used "successful" in quotes because, he was short, uninformative, double booked so he rushed us off the phone. He told us he was getting another call and needs to call us back, he never called. Come October I realized I haven't received my refund. Again, a battle to call and contact someone, I finally get a hold of a live person and she rudely proceeds to tell me I didn't pay for my service and why would I expect a refund if I haven't paid. I was so confused. First, I'm happy to pay, I never received a bill and there wasn't a follow-up. Secondly, with Fahim, my fees have always been taken out from the refund. Anyway, so now I'm on the phone trying to pay for the service and I asked "were my taxed ever filed" she said no. My simple w2 filing from March wasn't filed until October. I thought maybe it was a bad year? Maybe bad 2 years, but nope. Here we are again 3rd time around... still rude, unresponsive, entitled. I really tried, I really wanted to give him my business, but I guess us little people doesn't matter for his big hot shot anymore. A family member of mine had a similar experience and when trying to get some answers he yelled at her and said to find someone else to do your taxes. Sure thing Fahim. Save a headache and follow his advice and "find someone else to do your taxes." read more
