Back in April I left work early to get home to my scheduled meeting with John, meeting gets canceled 10 minutes before the time and we file for an extension not the biggest issue but slightly annoying since I left work early. Fast forward to a month before my extension deadline I try and log in to their internal system, my account is deleted. Was able to get that resolved but another small issue. The big one is trying to schedule a meeting with John. His calendar link on the client portal is broken. Then he's not responsive to texts/calls/emails. And he has read receipts on his texts so you can see he's looking at them but not answering. Overall I'm pretty bummed because the first 2 years were great but this one has been extremely tough to get even a routine meeting scheduled. Will likely take my business elsewhere next tax season.
