Yelp pointed me towards Premier and based on the previous reviews and responsiveness to my initial outreach, I decided to give Tina and team a try. I'm sooooo happy that I did. Up until this point, I'd used TurboTax for my basic tax returns. At our very first meeting, Tina identified some missed deductions that I wasn't even aware existed. She walked me through step by step what she needed from me, explained everything along the way, and just made the process EASY. I only went to her a total of three times, including the meet and greet and by the last visit, she had everything done and ready for my signature. The professionalism, the organization, ease of process, and the warm personalities of everyone in the office is more than I could have asked for my first experience going to a CPA. And that's why I'll be going back to Premier again next year. Unless my business takes off...then I'll probably be seeing her a little more frequently to make sure that I'm doing things right along the way :-)

We dropped them off in early March & were told they would be finished by 4/15. They weren't - she had to file an extension. She told us that she could get our information needed to finish the return directly from the IRS - she couldn't. She literally took until October 15th to get them done & then charged us $500! I had to leave work early to emergency sign the papers and get to the IRS before being fined. My wife & I were totally pissed off! I'd rather file it myself and get it wrong than rely on this business!
