They have a carousel style bar in the middle where we posted up at but they also having plenty of seating in the dining room as well as a coffee bar in the front. Bar Darling is doing the most, but I am seated for it. My experience at Darling could be described as my perfect day - a break from walking in delicious fall weather, French wine, oysters, french fries, and good company. This is the kind of spot you can find yourself here for the whole day without noticing. It has the vibe that you are in someone's house who has 100 stories to tell, and I love places like that. They ask what you like and don't like, then craft a cocktail specifically for you. The pours are generous and the bar is stocked with top-shelf liquor. About a drink and a half in, I realized I needed actual food immediately and had to leave. The staff was friendly, personable, and chatty, and because the space is so intimate, you naturally end up talking with the people around you.
