Great live music. Randy Bernsen used to play there live on the weekends.

After a major disappointment finding out that Gabose Pocha was closed for renovations, we ended up…read moreat this Irish pub I used to visit years ago. When we first pulled up, the parking lot was nearly empty, and inside there were only a few people scattered around. My companion went straight to the restroom, so I found a seat at the bar. The first thing we were told was that the kitchen was already closed even though it was only 9 PM which was a bit disappointing since I was hungry. Since it's an Irish pub, they mainly serve beer and wine, so I ordered a Guinness followed by a light beer. Despite the slow start, the night turned out to be unexpectedly enjoyable. We ended up meeting some wonderful people from Italy, Poland, and Turkey. It was especially nice connecting with the gentleman from Turkey, as I had traveled there last year, and we had a great conversation about that experience. The same went for the gentleman from Italy. It was refreshing and easy to talk to everyone. Even after closing, we stayed outside for a while continuing our conversations. The atmosphere inside the pub had a classic Irish feel, very reminiscent of my time in Ireland years ago, with signed celebrity photos decorating the walls adding to its charm. Also money from various countries. The lady behind the bar was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the night, constantly checking in and making sure we were taken care of. It's been years since I last visited, but after this experience, I'll definitely be going back soon.

We ate in the back dart room which was a little quieter and had a bunch of groups also grabbing fish. The back room has a lot of history and is a cool area. Service was excellent and the waitress was friendly and quick. We will definitely be back.

For dinner, he got the honey chicken Sammy with sidewinder fries, and I went with the chimmichurri steak frites with curly fries... SO good. Everything came out piping hot, quickly, and you can tell the food and drinks are really thoughtfully crafted. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. The three main staff members Drew, Mel, and Darian (I think?) were incredible. Every single one of them went above and beyond for every guest the entire time. When we arrived, there were just a couple tables outside, but once it started raining, they seamlessly accommodated everyone inside without missing a beat. The vibe is such a cool mix, neighborhood spot meets speakeasy meets tiki with a slightly elevated feel, but still super comfortable. Everyone in the place seemed to know each other or quickly became friends. The music was great, and by 7:30 the live entertainment started, he was funny, engaging, and talented. We got there just in time to catch the tail end of happy hour for our first drink, and from there it just kept getting better. Drew, the bartender, even went out of his way to make me a specialty drink I had seen on Yelp that's no longer on the menu, such a thoughtful touch. By 7:30 on a Wednesday, the place was packed, which says everything. Exceptional service, amazing food, great drinks, and an all around fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back.

The bar and restaurant itself has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered the tuna appetizer, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. I know that one friend at the table really enjoys this place so I must believe that she has good taste!

The staff has you feeling like family with 2 minutes of walking in the place. Great drinks, great service and the food is surprisingly awesome! As is that is not enough they are one of the only spots in SoFlo that was able to Keep The Music Alive during this past challenging year. This is the hot spot for some great touring Blues bands as they pass through Florida. Oh, and I promised to keep this secret but the Wednesday night blues jam has some incredible talent and you never know who might pop in! Looking forward to seeing you there. It was a good place to enjoy rounds of vodka or gin & tonics, beers, and other drinks. It does the same thing today, but only with a more spacious dining area due to some remodeling and a staging area that could be used for live music performances, probably also karaoke and trivia night, amongst other events. The only drawback is that the menu has shrunk considerably, and what they have may not be available that day. A handful of years ago, whoever owned it sold it to others who changed the name to the Kelly Brothers Irish Pub and then gave it a structural makeover on the inside. Initially, an o-shaped bar in the middle of the room was taken down and replaced with an i-shaped one on the left-hand side as you enter. Some long high-top tables can accommodate six to eight people, and regular seating can accommodate up to four. Considering the table service had to come directly from the bartenders, the service was good, especially with the crowd, which included those going to Ladytron at the Culture Room that evening. We ordered a handful of gin and tonics while glancing at the food menu, which is more of a narrow flyer that could double as a fat bookmark. Unfortunately, as we discovered, not only was nothing gluten-free available for my wife, but half the menu wasn't even available since the kitchen had run out of the supplies needed to make such chicken fingers and buffalo wings. Most fried food items were unavailable outside of burgers and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese with bacon was okay, but it was better when you dipped it on the side of ketchup since the Swiss cheese was bland (not what I usually have for cheese). The fries were solid. The drink prices were wicked good for what we ordered, so you can get your pre-game on before the show. The service was decent, considering we were seated at the table and depended on the bartenders, so that was solid. Overall, solid, solid, solid.
