She also got a hydrafacial and her skin looked amazing after. I have also had BBL laser treatment here which helped reduce sun damage/dark spots! "My experience at Elite Med Spa was fantastic. My daughter surprised me with a session of micro blading to have my eyebrows done. My eyebrows were sparse due to hormone changes and I was very self conscious about them. Very hard to pencil in when you can't see without your glasses and just a pain to do even with a magnifying mirror. I was nervous about the procedure but Fatemeh assured me it would look natural and they do! I'm still getting used to having full beautiful eyebrows again. At first they were really dark but she said after they heal they would be perfect and she was right. She matched my hair color perfectly. I'm so happy with the results and they are so nice there I want to go back and get permanent eyeliner on my next visit!"

If you want the most beautiful brows, see Roxana. Both receptionists, Dora and Annie, are the most friendly gals. Ultimate facial is what I normally get. Therefore, my pamper session turns into a torture session when she works on extracting those little monsters (our little joke). My skin is always super soft and smooth the day after my facial. While in school, commuting from Maryland, my daughter OFTEN drove all the way to school to find out…read more15 minutes before class started that it was cancelled. New teachers came in and out and even the graduation was pure chaos and disorganization. What broke the camel's back for us is this - Upon our first tour with our daughter, we made it very clear that she lived in Maryland, will take the exam in Maryland and will work in Maryland. "Will her courses from this Virginia school apply to Maryland State Board?" We were told yes multiple times. Now that she is done with the basic and masters, we then find out, "well no, you have to take it in Virginia and then transfer it to Maryland"... that's not what you said. We got approval for her to take the exam in Maryland just for her to find out only 5 questions applied to her learning. When she asked her teacher, why it was so different, she said "well I don't teach to the Maryland exam". We have since run into several Marylanders that were told the same thing. Why LIE? Not omit... LIE. Now my daughter has to go throw a series of hoops that wouldn't have applied to her if they did the right thing to begin with. I cannot wait until she is done with this school. I plan on telling every soul that asks, do NOT register for AVI. Please, please do not.

The receptionist asked me for my meds and told me she would get back to me. Yep soon after that she called back. The place is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and you feel like you can breathe. Everyone was very nice. Easy sign in process. My injector is Mahsa. I brought my own lidocaine numbing cream and I did tell Mahsa that I was afraid that I would feel it and she told me that there was no need to worry and she had really strong cream. That I can say, they do take care of their clients and didn't use cheap products. I was explaining to her that I was going to someone and I was happy, and I told her my issues but already she can see what mistakes was already made cuz she can see it very clear. She literally fixed EVERYTHING. Hands down she did it all in one shot. Her technique I can tell it was definitely different. Been to several places and I all I told her was, "Please make me feel beautiful again", and do everything that needs to be done and I just let her do her thing. She is very softly spoken, gentle and I've been watching her for a bite before I decided to take that leap of faith. Hands down u can in great hands. I found my injector now and I am pleased. I will definitely be referring my clients and friends to her. Very humble lady and amazing at what she does. You can look at her face and tell that she isn't one of those injectors with all that filler in the face that looks scary or that be doing to much. Definitely two thumbs up.

The day of, she observed what I was getting lasered, circled the hair with a white colored pencil, and quoted me. I was quoted much higher than what I paid in CA but was okay with it and decided to move forward. The technician, I believe her name was Ana, did an amazing job. What usually takes 15 minutes in CA took her ~30 but her work was great! The owner told me they will check the amount of hair I have before every visit and quote me based on that. (Note: I got lasered in CA in between my first and second visit.) Fast forward to my second visit in March- the owner handed the technician a paper with the body parts I got done the first time. I assumed I would be paying the same amount as the first time since I was not given a quote. To my surprise I was charged about THREE TIMES the amount when it was time to pay. Based on this experience, I think this is a dishonest facility that is misleading and inconsistent with their pricing. I will make sure to obtain a quote prior to getting anything lasered if I decide to return.

I followed Auramedicalspa on Instagram and saw they were advertising great Botox deals with…read moreinjector NOHAILA. I wanted a subtle eyebrow lift, so I decided to get Botox with her. After the first treatment, I waited two weeks and didn't see any results, so I had to go back for a touch-up. During my second visit, she added more units to lift my eyebrows. Unfortunately, about 5-6 days later, my eyelid dropped significantly--around 85%. It has affected my vision, and I can't see clearly. I contacted their office to let them know what happened. They prescribed eye drops, but my insurance requires a prior authorization before it will cover the medication. It's now been more than two weeks, and despite multiple calls and messages, they have not completed the prior authorization or responded to me. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I would not return to NOHAILA for Botox, even if it were free. I can't speak about any of the other services they offer because I haven't tried them, but I cannot recommend her for Botox.

Within days of my lip filler appointment, I developed worsening swelling and discomfort. I contacted the spa immediately and sent photos. Initially I was told it appeared to be herpes, which caused significant panic and distress. When I later came in to be evaluated, I was told it did not appear to be herpes after all. I was advised to use arnica and allow it to "dry out," but I did not feel there was a clear explanation or urgency regarding what was causing my symptoms. The following day, my condition worsened significantly and I went to the ER, where I was diagnosed with an infection and required medical treatment. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow up and communication afterward. I did not hear from my injector to check on my condition, and I felt dismissed throughout the experience. This situation caused significant physical discomfort, emotional stress, and additional medical expenses. I encourage others considering treatment here to do thorough research and make sure they feel fully comfortable with the level of care and follow-up provided.
