After completing my research, I contacted Tony at Somerset Car Service. Tony, was very responsive and professional. He quoted me a very competitive price and promised me a professional driver and late model black SUV. I felt very comfortable with Tony and was assured that my girl would be very safe. Our driver was Shamrez, and he actually arrived 20 minutes early for the pick up and patiently waited for my girl to be ready. He is a true professional driver and gentleman. He communicated with me throughout the entire commute and dropped her off at our destination in an early fashion. Shamrez was the perfect choice for this process. Of all the options for a professional car service, I can honestly endorse and recommend Tony and Somerset Car Service for your transportation needs. Thank you Tony and Shamrez for an incredible experience!

I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself. The website's online order form doesn't allow information about which airline or flight, or even terminal, just "EWR Newark Airport"... doesn't provide an option to add "Meet and Greet" service, even though the website says they do it. How can I expect them to track my flight and adjust pickup time if they don't collect flight information? How can I order the Meet and Greet service? No problem, obviously the website struggles with this, I'll call them and make a reservation... phone rings, computer answers... plays music, a happy voice they want to help us... loop through this a number of times, eventually computer voice says to use the web site for reservations and hangs up. So no actual experience with them as a rider, but being unable to make a reservation is a poor sign. Guess I'll keep looking for a car service...
