My driver texted a request for the pick up information. I provided it and received a confirmation from my driver he would be there at 3AM. At 310AM on the day of my pick up, I texted my driver when would he be arriving. He promptly replied 15 minutes. At 335AM I texted him, saying he needed to be there in 5 mins or I would drive myself to the airport to avoid missing my flight. My driver showed up at 342AM. The driver then, in my opinion, drove recklessly to the airport. He rolled through stop signs, didn't stop to make a right on red, and sped up to 90 mph on route 78 in a vehicle with both the check engine light and low tire pressure warning lights on. I understand that sometimes drivers are late, but other companies I have used have had the professional courtesy to call me to let me know they are running late. Between this lack of professionalism and the lack of safety I felt on the ride I cannot recommend On Time Cab

I called the service and was greeted on the phone by a very nice woman who went out of her way to set up my appointment. A few minutes later the driver Kumar texted me to let me know he would be picking me up the next morning. Kumar did indeed show up on time and I arrived at my appointment on time. All in all some might say that they were only doing their job but trust me when you can not afford to be late to appointment you don't need any added stress. The catch - they are in New Jersey and we are in New Mexico. We couldn't find a food delivery service that would help us and almost gave up. Until I googled "delivery service" and hit on Sky View Taxi. I called and when an employee answered, I asked with some trepidation, "Um, I have a bit of a strange request. I want to order an ice-cream cake and have you pick it up and deliver it. Is that possible?" And the guy says right away, Sure, just give me the addresses! I told him which Baskin-Robbins to pick up and the location of the rehab center, and to please deliver at 7 PM during visiting hours. He said they'd pick up at 6:45 PM and would call when the driver got to the rehab place. He then quoted me a price, with tip, that was very reasonable so I told him to add another $10. Then I called Baskin-Robbins and was told they had no cake ready to go that day. I found another BR fairly close by who did have a cake so I ordered it and paid by credit card over the phone. But they close at 5 PM, so the time and the address for the pick-up had to be changed. I called Sky View back with the change of plans and they said no problem, we'll adjust. Fast forward to 4:30 PM. The driver called from Baskin Robbins and said they wouldn't release the cake to her without a receipt. She also mentions that they haven't written the "Happy Birthday" message with my sister's name on the cake. So she gives the phone to the manager there who fixes up the cake and gives it to her after speaking with me. About 10 minutes later I got another call from the driver who tells me she dropped off the cake at the rehab center, they're putting it in the freezer till my sister gets there, and all is well. As it turned out, my sister was having a really crummy day so the cake was a very big and very very welcome surprise. None of this would have been possible without Sky View Taxi. They did an exceptional job, going way above and beyond with their service and were super-accommodating and friendly the whole time with a real can-do attitude. Our family will be using their services whenever we can. Just a great company!
