He was extremely knowledgeable and also very honest about what to expect from doing this. We openly discussed options and price and he went to work. I took my mom's 2017 Sonic RS to Tauruswhere Sean went beyond the call of duty and then some. His customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. The car had yellow paint overspray on the entire vehicle (city workers spraying lines in road way) with a few dings, dents and scrapes. Sean coordinated the detail with a PDR specialist who removed the door ding as if it wasn't there. Sean removed the dent (which you can see live on his IG), scrapes and red paint on the quarter panel, see below. It's back to looking brand new and Taurus has made a customer for life. I can't say enough good things about Sean and Taurus Auto Detailing. We took two cars to him for interior/exterior detailing, my husband's BMW and my Saab SUV. My SUV badly needed cleaning and waxing. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, and it was finished by the end of the day. All I can say is "WOW!" My car looks like it did when I bought it 10 years ago. They are definitely detail-oriented in their work. The wax made my paint look brand new. They cleaned, detailed, and waxed everything, including the very hard to get area on the top around the luggage rack. Wow. It sound cliche' but it's hard to believe I picked up the same car I dropped off. This was a 14 year old restoration project that had never been deep cleaned. Sean and his team polished the exterior, made the interior leather seem new and cleaned the engine bay so well it looked like they installed a new motor. This place is not cheap, however after driving my car cross-country a couple of times and just generally neglecting it for the last several months, it was in need of some love. Been using Taurus Detailing for a few months now, the attention to detail is quite incredible and his passion and knowledge is of the highest standards. Sean performed a detail on my 1983 Benz 300sd before I sold it, the Benz looked brand new afterwards and that helped sell her quickly, in less than a week!! He also has done some basic hand washing on some other personal cars that just takes 30 minutes and they come out looking stunning and is cheaper than H20 or Genie. They also sell detail kits, for $75 he sold me a wash bucket, sponge, rinse-less cleaning solution and a spray on sealant, the rinse-less wash is amazing and doesnt require water to rinse it off. Yesterday, I took my Acura MDX to Taurus and Sean took care of me. I truly hate admitting that my vehicle was a disgrace but it wouldn't be as rave of a review if I didn't mention it. Since I didn't have a lift (Sean offered but I thought I might get more work done in the quiet of the waiting room) I stayed while Sean took care of my car. Every now and then I popped off my chair to take a look in the window to check things out.
