Yes he should've just left and not allowed him to do the tattoo in a location he did not want but he is too nice as I mentioned and also had been waiting for 2 hours for this tattoo. My new appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later. About 2 hours before my appointment I was advised I would need reschedule again!!
