It was wonderful to work with a family owned business where you can tell they value their craft, quality of work and service and definitely put their customer first. She helped us pick a beautiful oval diamond center stone, created a custom wedding band to fit my engagement ring, and helped my husband find his wedding band. We are absolutely in love with our rings and everyone compliments on how beautiful and unique they are. Perhaps I could've gotten more, but I wasn't pressed to do so. Just be aware that you might not be getting the most for your items, but it's likely better than what a pawn shop would offer. Your item might be scratched and etc if they need to test it further, so don't bring anything you wouldn't want that done to. They also won't buy every single thing even if it's genuine, as I saw a woman before me turned away and told to sell her item online. I had an appointment but ended up waiting in line, as you can't get inside unless they buzz you in. There were several of us in there at once so I guess if the people waiting don't look too sketchy they will let more than one inside. (Price Range)-- $30+ (Services)-- they buy gold, silver, jewelry, and other precious metals. (Location)-- located in a very busy shopping area near Chick Fila. The parking area is very small, so I parked a little further down and walked over. The area seems to be decent in terms of safety, but given the nature of this store you should still be aware of your surroundings and try not to flash your valuables. (Experience)-- I assumed the worst but I actually had a very good experience. The woman working behind the glass was friendly and gave me a decent deal. I recommend this place, and I would also come back again.

The shank broke on 5/11/2026, and I took it back on 5/12/2026. The lady who waited on me made a loud production about their one-year warranty and how the damage to my ring was outside of the year. It was 3 weeks outside of the warranty. It was unprofessional behavior and there were other people in the business who could hear her admonish me. She said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. I received a text message on 5/13/2026, stating that I could pay $40 for the repair. I picked up my ring and took it to another jewelry store who looked the ring over to give me an estimate. Attached is the picture I took when they explained that the work that had been done was faulty. There are bubbles in the shank and you can see the lines where the metal was added to upsize the ring. So much for over 30 years' experience in the business. I would expect this type of customer experience with a corporate owned business where profit is the goal over everything else, not from a "locally owned business that advertises that you can trust your precious family heirlooms with them." Update/Response: The ring was not bent nor had it been sized before. I hardly wear this ring, and I never wear it for work, around the house or in the garden. I received this from a grandparent, and it was a size 4 or 5. Fircrest is the only jeweler that I have had size this ring, and that was in April of last year. It broke at the seam of the metal that was used to upsize the ring to a size 8.5. The jeweler that looked over the ring was not impressed with the work and there was no discussion about the ring being bent or sized multiple times.

Brandon had already laid out some marquise for me beforehand so Sean showed be them again and then talked AT me and explained what I wanted was an elongated hex... thank you, thats great to know although both are correct. He explained what cut and clarity were. Not something I was confused about but again, thanks. He pulled up some from his source and told us how much they were and it felt as if he was trying to make us leave or scare us away by mentioning the prices. Then he asked for timeline and my boyfriend didn't wanna say exactly what the timeline was in front of me and it's like a switch went off and he just wanted us out of his store. He was like okay well here's my card and lmk when you guys are ready. And then we just sat there in an awkward silence for a moment cause he dismissed us so fast we couldn't even process we were being kicked out lol. Anyway... I would not recommend coming here unless you can be perceived as being loaded, if you get what I'm saying. Horrible customer service from Sean. Brandon however, was great. Really wanted to support a jeweler local to us but I could never spend money at a place that treats their potential customers like this.

I would like to take a minute to comment on a review left by Calista H. It was a one . I was the one she spoke with not Linda. But of course this goes on Linda's Business. Calista came in wanting to know what size her nose stud was. She had bought jewelry somewhere else and it didn't fit. First question asked always is.....Did Linda pierce you? If she did cool. I can tell you what gauge she used. If she didn't then it's going to be a guess. Because not every piercer uses the same gauge as a standard. Sorry that question offended you but if you want help questions are necessary. I asked where she got pierced because we know what some other places typically have used. But you did answer exactly as you stated. At....another...shop.....okay so what was the size of the jewelry you bought that didn't fit. To which you said 18. I said it was too big? You said yes. Ok. My answer was then you should probably get the smallest you can to make sure it fits. So 20 gauge or even 22. You said ok and Thanks and left. Your question was answered to the best of my ability with the information you were willing to give. Was it worth a one star review. Probably not but we understand that you were probably a bit ticked off about buying jewelry that didn't fit and you can't return. Unfortunately we can't always make everyone happy but we are always willing to help or point you in the right direction. read more

I have known about this place for some time now but haven't had the time to stop by. I finally found time to go in today and Linda, right from the start was super friendly and greeted me immediately. I was nervous going in since I can be a wimp lol She asked what I wanted and I was a walk in, she was wonderful and made time in her schedule to see me and do what I wanted. I got new stud jewelry for my tragus and an upper helix piercing as shown in the picture. I was surprised that the prices are super reasonable and I left a happy customer. I'm Deaf but that wasn't a problem at all for Linda. She communicated and worked with me. I appreciate that she was so willing to accommodate me. She was very professional, quite thorough and explained everything clearly and precisely before and after the piercing. She is warm and friendly, made me feel at ease and definitely helped calm my nerves. The helix/cartilage piercing didn't hurt at all! I was expecting some pain but I'm fine. The shop is very open, lots of room, very clean and professional. I had a pleasant experience here and I can see why she has so many accolades, she deserves them too. Had my first tattoo done by Ariel Duchesne a few days ago, and was amazed by both her talent and the overall experience! I will post a picture, but I got a realistic pocket watch on my wrist along with a sentimental quote, and she was amazing throughout the process. I gave her my idea, she redrew it, and was understanding with the alterations I asked for, which made the process for me (who worried before about disliking the design) so much less stressful. The whole actual tattooing process was also wonderful-I brought my mom along with me, and Ariel was happy to chat with her with I grimaced in pain. And after I was done, as an added bonus, I got to ring the "virgin" bell, because I was no longer a tattoo virgin! ;) The tattoo looks amazing-it is exactly what I wanted, the lines are clean, and it hasn't swelled really at all, with no angry pink or red line around it (probably due to the fact that while applying the tattoo, Ariel only wiped a few times, and was very gentle as she did so). I will definitely be returning to Linda's for every need I have in the future, and I 100% recommend Ariel! read more

I spent months reading reviews, researching and convincing myself to get it done and Linda's was the one shop I kept coming back to every time I opened my browser. I was pierced by Erin and she did an amazing job. She really took the time to make sure my earlobes would turn out even. I had 2 previous holes from bad gun jobs and she was able to work around those. She also made sure to place them so I have a lot of lobe available for stretching. My ears are incredibly picky and touchy but they feel fine so far. No itchy, red, or hot lobes here. Outside of cleaning them I actually forget I got them done. My nose piercing was also perfectly placed. She put down a mark and I wasn't sure about it so she put down a different one. I really appreciate that she took her time and listened to me. Especially since I wasn't super sure about getting it done in the first place. She really eased my mind and I'm so glad I didn't chicken out. I love it, 10/10 no regrets. Linda is amazing!! I've suffered from headaches & ear aches, for 5 years due to my TMJ jaw issues. I had both Diath's pierced & haven't had a headache or ear ache since! It has been so absolutely wonderful! I was really nervous to have them pierced- because my ears/jaw/temples are so sensitive. She put a little numbing on it & it wasn't painful. The after care (cleaning twice a day), has been very easy & without complications. She goes over all cleaning & what to look for, throughly! I'm a super picky (white glove) Mom~ her shop is very clean and Linda is very professional. I was so impressed, that I brought my daughters & niece for nose piercings, my other daughter for a madusa piercing, & my other niece for her first ears piercing. I was impressed that Linda really let it be my 6 yr olds decision and took the time to explain what she would be doing so my daughter was fully aware of the process. Before ever opening the equipment she asked her multiple times if she was sure this was what she wanted. She told her a story to help ease her fears and encouraged her the whole time and my daughter got through it with no tears which I was shocked as I was sure she was going to cry. She had the biggest smile on her face when Linda gave her a high five and praise for her bravery afterwards. I went to Linda's back in January to get my nipples pierced and had a fantastic experience. I was alone, which made me a little nervous but that quickly went away the minute I stepped in the door. Linda put me completely at ease because she talks to you as if you've been friends for years and I really appreciated that. She makes sure you understand everything that's going to happen and goes over after care in great detail. I also want to mention that the room that she took me to was spotless and the tools were sterile which I was really excited to see. As far as my piercings go, they're getting close to being healed and they look better than I could have hoped for. I brought my 9 year old daughter to Linda today to get her ears pierced. I was more nervous than my daughter because I want nothing but the best for my little one. I must say Linda is the BEST. She explained every step to my daughter (and myself)- exactly what she was doing and why she did things to the final step of piercing her ears. Linda was so kind and gentle with her. Watching Linda talk with my little girl eased my fears. Also, since I have OCD I was very happy when Linda used this cute ear ruler to make sure the placement of the wholes were exactly the same. I have been to several piercing shops with various family members and was impressed by all of them. However, Linda's is in a class by itself. She immediately set my teenager at ease with her easygoing, friendly personality. She answered all our questions cheerfully and described every step in the process, which as a parent, I was especially grateful for. She took her time making sure the piercings would be exactly where we wanted them; I have not seen such attention to detail before. She also used a numbing gel which I never knew was an option. My 17 yr old daughter and I just got matching navel piercings done by Linda and I could not be more pleased! We ALMOST went to some other local shops the other day which would have been the biggest mistake ever. Have been going to Linda's for all of mine and my kids piercings. Nose piercings, belly button, cartilage, and now Daith. I LOVE how calm, CLEAhysterical, informative and professional she is with everyone. My brother received a Daith piercing a few years ago (he lost a bet :))- and has been headache free since then. I got mine pierced today. She checks to make sure she is piercing the correct pressure point with some type of instrument, Talks through the entire piercing, and educates on after care. A couple of us went to see Linda after getting lots of recommendations from friends who had already seen her. Between the two of us we got a couple pressure point piercings and another. She helped explain all the details about the piercings and the possible benefits for each. She did an amazing job of making us both feel comfortable. The place was clean and were very happy. She made sure we knew what we were getting and gave us all the cleaning instructions and what to look for to make sure they were healing correctly. Ariel is an amazing tattoo artist. I had a rib tattoo done years ago, and wanted another one and wasn't sure who to see. My sister recommend Ariel. So I went to see her and get a price range. By the way, her prices are awesome. Anyways, so I went in got a price and then got my tattoo. Since that day, I have seen her and only her, for I don't trust alot of ppl to do tattoos on me. Went in today for a scheduled daith piercing. I have been having migraines every single day for just shy of 9 months, nothing helped. The sweet lady who did the daith piercing, walked me through every step, dealt well with me anxiety, told me everything to expect and to do for the next year. Within a few hours my migraine was 85 percent better than it has been in months. She checked and rechecked for the best pressure point and found and placed the daith in the perfect spot. In April of 2017 I had my daith's pierced by Donavin for chronic migraines. I had tried in the past various treatments (triptans, sphenocaths, iv meds, ect.) but would never get complete relief, once the medication wore off I'd be back in pain. Since having my daith pierced I've had probably less than 10 in the last year and a half & it's a mild migraine when I do. It's absolutely amazing! Linda's Piercings is THE ONLY place I will get pierced. She has done 7 of my piercings and I have never had a single issue. She has high quality jewelry and puts numbing gel on the piercing sight to ensure the smoothest piercing possible. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this place unless you're wanting to deal with a bunch of potty mouth inconsiderate rude unprofessionalism...

FYI: I've been "drawing" on my eyebrows since 1992 way before it was cool haha The students (and owner/instructor) used a combination of methods for my brows as I have very little and very light eyebrow hair... "microblading, ombre and microshading" My observations: Seriously Good hygiene practice Consistently changing gloves Washing and sanitizing of hands frequently Gentle patient kind knowledgeable thorough Studio was beautifully decorated clean smelled good bright Julie is the owner of Cascadia Ink Holly was the student who invited and worked on me Lina was another student who also worked on me I learned so much about my own skin type, my undertones, the shape of my face and how the shape of my eyebrows can change the look of my face The "hair" strokes are incredibly realistic Julie was also very knowledgeable about the color palate for my eyebrows being careful because of my undertones and my fair skin not to go too dark but still accommodating my preference for darker brows Overall the procedure was mostly painless.. a bit uncomfortable at times but not unbearable. They do apply a numbing cream as well. They gave me a cleansing foam, a cream and clear instructions on how to care for my new brows... It was a Very long process, as I was informed ahead of time it would be (up to 4 hours) this was a teaching session so it was expected. My only constructive feedback would be to encourage the client to take a break... even if they say they're fine... (go tinkle, drink some water and reposition their body a bit) I am "trusting the process" ...butttttt.... The shape is thicker than I'm used to, but is definitely growing on me and the color is way lighter than I like...but super natural looking... once healed I will go for a touch up... and update then... as they may change and evolve with time... I do NOT regret my decision at all and am excited to see the end result! I love how I can wake up and go without looking sickly haha Would I recommend Cascadia Ink? Absolutely! Had a poor experience when trying to get my navel re-pierced after it had closed in recent months…read more(had an established piercing for years, done elsewhere). Had booked an appointment several weeks prior. At the time of re-piercing, it did not align with where the marked "dots" had been drawn prior to the needle stick. If it wasn't going to be pierced in the same exact spot as discussed prior to the piercing, then I'd rather just be told so and not get it. Also the length of the ring used for the attempted piercing was short (like a regular replacement ring you'd use after it's all healed); it wasn't long enough for a new piercing. It seemed she was trying to make the new piercing length on my navel fit the available ring she had (also the ring had a jagged-edged jewel on it, not a nice round, plain ball top. It would have gotten caught on everything and been a nightmare during healing). I didn't want an entirely different scar. That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, and had communicated this prior to piercing. The new piercing was so unsightly, it was upsetting to me. Bottom line, I asked for it to be removed and I left. Then I had to let my navel heal up for awhile. It's like going through healing but no piercing to show for it. I'll be extremely cautious about letting anyone touch my navel again.

I texted her what I wanted and booked a few months out. She was super easy to get ahold of and book with. I accidentally mixed up my appointment time but she was super chill about it, thank god! And I was still able to get it done that day. When I arrived she showed me a piece she had created for me. It was beautiful, I just made requests for a few tweaks to it, which she was happy to do. It came out so amazingly. Her line work is fantastic and the shading she did really made the piece pop. She took her time helping decide placement and getting it placed perfectly and she even knew a few tricks to get it right. Her aftercare tips were spot on and very helpful, I can tell she is super knowledgeable. I am extremely happy and obsessed with my new tattoo-- it really couldn't have been better and I'm so happy I'm booked with her again in May for more. Thanks Bella! PS just wanted to add that as someone who usually goes to Seattle for tattoos, this shop is extremely reasonable! My deposit was $40 and my whole piece was $300. She was able to do it in under 2 hours.

We've used him before at a different location and I would definitely say check out this location and ask for Bryan. It's a nice clean studio. All the other artists were very kind and it had a really good vibe there. Everyone was friendly and chatty. I enjoyed this location. Parking was easy and again a very clean location. We were very happy with the work requested and the outcome.
