My friend suggested coming here for a tattoo as he had been here for two of his tattoos. Upon entry we were greeted by who I think was the owner. She asked us what we wanted; tattoo or piercing. When we said a tattoo she asked us if we knew what we wanted. We did. We showed our artist (Zury) what we wanted. After a quick consult, it was tattoo time! Nothing like the sound of the tattoo needle. It's music to my ears. Zury took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He constantly asked me if I was in any pain, how I was feeling and if I needed a break. He made me feel important at the time of my tattoo, and from start to finish. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Let me start by saying that I have NEVER in my life experienced such sheer incompetence, blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, and absolute ROBBERY in one place. I came in for a simple double nose piercing--nothing crazy, just two symmetrical studs. You'd think a so-called "professional" piercing shop could handle such a basic request, right? WRONG. First of all, the price? ABSURD. I've had better service at a flea market piercing tent, and they didn't charge me the equivalent of a down payment on a car. But whatever, I figured, "You get what you pay for." BOY, WAS I WRONG. The piercer? RUDE. Zero personality, zero professionalism, and zero clue what they were doing. They rushed through the process like they had somewhere better to be (which, judging by their work, they probably should've gone back to piercing potatoes instead). I specifically asked for symmetrical placement, even showed reference photos, and they nodded along like they understood--only for me to look in the mirror and see that one side was noticeably higher than the other. Like, "Did you let a drunk toddler mark these dots?" level uneven. When I pointed it out, they had the audacity--the sheer GALL--to tell me, "It looks fine." FINE? FINE??? I DIDN'T PAY AN ARM AND A LEG FOR FINE. I paid for correct placement, which apparently is an impossible concept for them to grasp. Then, instead of offering to fix it, they just shrugged and said, "That's how it is." Oh, I'm sorry, I must have stumbled into the 'We Don't Give a F*' Piercing Emporium** because that response was UNACCEPTABLE. So now, I'm walking around with two nose piercings that look like I got them done in the dark during an earthquake, and I'm out a ridiculous amount of money for the privilege. If you value your appearance, your hard-earned cash, and your basic dignity, do yourself a favor and RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wouldn't trust them to pierce a stuffed animal, let alone a human being. Absolute garbage. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I visited Tattoo Fiesta November 26th, On the final days of one of your flash sales. I chose a design, payed $180 (I got 2) and tipped, then got tattooed. I was paired with "The artist who drew up the design" (Later found out it was copied straight off of pinterest) His name was Zury. He was nice but the tattoo he did on me is simply not up to par. I attatched photos of what I asked for versus what I got. Then, I called the store on November 28 at 1:14pm . Who ever answered the phone at this time should be retrained. I told this lady (as politely as I possibly could) that I was worried about my tattoo because it wasnt what I asked for. She was rude and mean, then said "Its only been 2 days and youre already complaining" The artist put a permanent mistake on me and thats how your establishment chose to treat a CUSTOMER!!! I reached out to management, not wanting to jump straight to conclusions. This is the text I sent, "Im going to undoubtedly have to get this thing retouched or covered or removed. Im in shambles about it. I dont want that artist tattooing me anymore so I wont return for him to attempt to fix it, as the female employee who answered the phone recommended. I would like my money back (at least $100) for this. I have professionals telling me that they can hardly believe a professional would tattoo this. Im astonished. I wanted to reach out to management before taking it to social media but Im honestly feeling guilty for waiting to tell people about my experience because no one should be getting tattooed by this man if this is the work he does. I have professionals telling me that because he printed the stencil so small, I was doomed from the start. Im devastated. Please tell me you can help me." Then, I got a call from a manager named Adriana. She told me I'm not getting a refund and asked if i wanted to come back for someone else to try to fix it. I told her, "i'm sorry but im weary, as a shop is only as good as its worst artist". She immediately got snippy, bringing up how long the shop has been open and how many awards the artist has won. I simply responded by asking her if she thought the tattoo was up to par. She couldn't say yes. $120 (including tip) for this bird, in the hole. I will seek elsewhere to get it taken care of. Avoid this place at all costs, they realllyyyy are not worried about customer satisfaction. The customers and the OWNER deserves to know! Every time we decide to give this place a shot they mess it up - I needed to purchase a jewelry the store closes at 8pm and the door and signs were locked at 7:55pm. If you close at 8pm then you need to have doors unlocked until 8pm. The lady inside just looked at us and then looked back down at her paperwork or whatever she was doing. From the jump the whole staff had rude attitudes towards me and my friends. I came to get my lower back dermals pierced not knowing it would send me to get an emergency procedure to get removed. I went on August and when filing my paperwork and getting my id checked the receptionist had checked my id and was giving it back and said "wait how old are you " while laughing like if she didn't have my whole ass id in her hand. Obviously i'm of age coming to a shop. I got the piercings done by Julio he didn't explain the process or anything he just went in and did it without letting me know he was going to start.Not even a how are you or are you ready to start. My friend recorded everything and looking back at the video he pierced my right lower dermal incorrectly he took way longer on it and kept inserting and taking out the tool which hurt. My friend asked what happened & he said nothing.Everything was fine i was content with the piercings.3 weeks later my right dermal top falls off mind you the anchor was still inside of me! I went the next morning to get it screwed back on the "manager" gladys told me it would be 25$ even though Julio told me it would be no cost to screw it back in when he first did them. Oh well it wasn't a problem so I paid to get it screwed on. As the process is starting again gladys came to me and started feeling for the piece (anchor inside of me) and she says "it's not in there".I know my body and I knew the pain I was feeling. Metal was still inside of me. She proceeded to get rude and call another guy over and he felt and the same answer no theres nothing in there. As professionals you would think they listen to their clients and open your skin more to double check. No she proceeded to tell me "It's not in there there's no way it's in there You have to get it re-pierced and pay the 100$ again." If you do a piercing wrong your still going to charge a client again? She obviously knew how stupid she sounded because after that she offered me to only pay an additional 35$ which would've made the overall total 60$ and that they would just charge me as a "jewelry change" so at this point I was already paranoid and super stressed out and asked her what I should do . She told me i could just get it re-pierced. So that's exactly what she did she re-pierced my lower right dermal on top of the anchor that was already in there that she supposedly "didn't feel". It hurt way worse than the first time and she said the hard piece I was feeling in my body was just my "skin growing inside"like girl it's been less than 24 hours since only the TOP SCREW fell out that doesn't make sense. After I left NOT KNOWING THE FIRST PIECE WAS JUST SHOVED DEEPER INTO MY EPIDERMIS below a "new piercing" I had a huge anxiety attack because in my mind that piece was definitely still inside of me even after everyone in that shop dismissed my feelings and reasoning. I called another shop and they told me that tattoo fiesta had a bad reputation and that they could remove my dermals-My left old one and right new one on the same day. I went in and got them removed by a kind artist who told me she had clients who also had bad experiences at tattoo fiesta. I explained everything to this new artist and she said it could definitely still be in there, but it was too swollen to check which brought my anxiety back. She advised me to come back in a week & she could cut deeper and check and i agreed. Not even four days after i got them both fully removed my skin started to heal up over the holes. I felt a horrible pain in my lower back. My right hole was purple bleeding and swollen. I told my friend to check as soon as I got out the shower and what do you know. A piece of metal is poking out! I rush to get it removed as an emergency procedure. They suggested I go ask for a refund ...Gladys the one who pierced me wrong and pushed original anchor deeper inside me refused to refund me had an attitude and did not apologize once for anything. I could have been paralyzed. Moral of the story if you pierce someone wrong and cause them to get hurt and pay so much to get help just say sorry and take accountability something a decent human being would do. read more

I had a good experience during their Friday the 13th flash sale. I got 2 piercings here. My two-star rating is because they will not help you after the piercing is done. Both of the little balls that kept my rook piercing in place fell out before 2 weeks had passed, and when I came in to get them replaced, I was told I would have to buy a new piece of jewelry AND pay them $20 to put it in. For piercings Wicho has done an amazing job on them, he is always so precise. I had some insecurities (rare, benign autoimmune condition) since my pre-teen years and it only got worst. I tried going to the dermatologist, taking recommended pills and creams, laser, chemical peel, camouflage tattoo, natural/organic oils, etc. I've exhausted my options and I finally considered getting a full back piece tattoo. My military buddy recommended Zury to me, and I immediately trusted his work because everyone is always asking who does my friend's detailed tattoos. I followed Zury and I explained to him my issues. I've gotten a nose piercing here before, they do a great job. So sanitary and exactly what I wanted, no problems whatsoever. I decided to come here and get a tattoo as well. I knew it would be a little more complicated because I wanted a specific hand writing. I looked at Marley's work on Instagram (@thedfekone), his work was so beautiful I knew I had to go to him! Marley did an AMAZING job. He's very professional and makes sure you're comfortable. Marley came into work before opening time to accommodate my schedule and design my tattoo perfect. I'm so grateful for him! I knew the reference pictures needed a lot of touching up, editing, and erasing random lines and everything and Marley customized my design and idea so perfectly. He took his time and didn't get annoyed when I wanted to add more or take away things from the design. He printed out several different size fonts so I could see perfect where and how big I wanted it to be. Went above and beyond! He made my idea come to life so beautifully and now several other family members want the exact same tattoo! I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know for tattoos. My friend went to this place to get her back dermals done but little did she know that they were illegal in Gwinnett county Georgia and afterwards we called all the tattoo shops around me confirming that it was illegal... they didn't even bother to tell her this . she had originally got her piercings done by Julio. He pierced the right one wrong and I recorded this. Weeks later The right lower back dermal screw fell off. Only the rhinestone top screw fell off the anchor was still inside of her just deep into her skin. This happend at night so she couldn't go get it screwed back on immediately. We both saw the rhinestone fall off . the anchor did not come out of her body if it did there would be blood all over her white sheets. She went The next morning to get it screwed back on. The original piercer told her that if it fell off they would not charge her for screwing it back on since it was not put tight enough in the first place. When she got there the rude uncooperative Manager Gladys said it would be a $25 fee to screw it on. however this was not a problem for my friend and she paid and signed the paper that only said screw on. The same rude receptionist Gladys was also going to do her piercing I didn't know that a person could be doing all that at once. Before she started the process she started to feel my friends back and claimed she did not feel the anchor inside of her anymore telling her that it was impossible to be inside of her and that it had to have fallen out. Even though my friend and I spent hours looking for it and literally watched the piercing top part fall out her back the night before. just the top though. She brought another person to feel and he said the same thing that he felt nothing so that's two of their piercers being stupid and not listening to their client and dismissing her feelings instead of cutting deep to make sure there was actually nothing inside of her before repiercing her. Then she said she had to pay another $100 for the one dermal to get it re-pierced. My friend said why would she pay $100 again if it was pierced wrong in the first place and if the anchor was still in inside of her. The girl said she was going to ask a co worker a question and that she would be right back. After realizing how stupid she sounded trying to charge her another hundred dollars for re-piercing it she offered to only charge her an additional $35 making the overall total $60 she said that re-piercing would be charged to her as just a jewelry change. So she proceeded to re-pierce my friends lower right back dermal on top of the anchor that was still inside of her she pushed the original anchor deeper into her epidermis without even knowing. My friend said the pain was so bad that she wanted to just get them both removed she still had a strong feeling that the original anchor was still inside of her under the new piercing. Later that same day my friend went to another more understanding and kind professional shop and they removed both of the dermal piercings the old left one and the new right one. We explained the whole situation in the piercer said that the old one could very much still be inside of her but since she just repierced it and it was swollen we would have to wait a week to cut deeper and make sure it's not in there. So we agreed to come back in a week after the swelling was gone to reopen and double check for the original anchor. Not even four days after the removal my friends lower right back started to get purple started bleeding out of nowhere and swelling up...to our surprise after she got out the shower we checked the right dermal and how it was healing and a piece of metal was poking out!!!! my friend had to go get an emergency procedure done in order to remove the anchor that was very much still inside of her since the beginning of all this mess! They suggested we confront Tattoo Fiesta and Gladys for wrongfully piercing my friend and may be suing her. But us being reasonable people we ignored that and just kindly went to let her know and request a refund. obviously with the bad reputation and horrible customer service tattoo fiesta has.... Gladys did not apologize once for her mistake she accepted that she did the piercing but did not apologize once and denied the refund ....on top of all this she had a horrible attitude to my friends and I saying that it was my friend's fault since she agreed to get it re-pierced even after stressing to Gladys and the shop that she felt the original anchor still inside of her what did they do? they all ignored it and dismissed it like the unprofessionals that they are. they made my friend go through terrible physical and mental draining pain and did not even apologize once for her mistake. The only thing she had to say was if you have all the proof then do what you have to do with your proof! I wish I could post videos here of how rude and disrespectful she was being and of the anchor being removed but sadly I can only post pictures. read more

However not sure if it is because I'm on the younger side or what but my small inch and a half tattoo was extremely over priced, they quoted 150$ for a tattoo that took them about 3 minutes. Unbelievable!!!! Who charges that much??? It was not my first tattoo and although this was way smaller it was nearly double the price. What a rip off. I don't swap my jewelry often so I had no way of knowing but when I had to have it taken out for an MRI I saw it was externally threaded/cheap jewelry. I am SO disappointed to find out I was lied to, and I feel tricked since one of the reasons I ended up here was because I was explicitly told the jewelry was internally threaded. Maybe I had a one-off experience here, and it's not likely I'll be back in the area so I wouldn't be able to give them a second chance.
