I've been to this place multiple times. My last visit I got a second helix piercing. It's been over a year and it still wasn't even close to healing. A huge bump formed even after consistently cleaning it and not sleeping on it. My only option was to unfortunately remove the jewelry. I think the jewelry was the issue, it is not a high quality material. I have many piercings and this is the first time something like this has happened. When I called the location to tell them about my experience they basically told me too bad so sad. No discount to get it repierced, NOTHING. Will not be returning. They also gave me a quote for how long it'd take and and estimate of the price. SHAME on me for thinking tattoos were supposed to be permanent. Not at this place!!! So extremely disappointed and will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. My daughter and I went in for matching tattoos. This was my first time and it lasted barely 2 weeks - now it's TOTALLY disappeared. My daughter's is also now almost gone. Totally unacceptable for the amount of money we spent to have something meaningful to us both. The best way to have work done is to book an appointment, which will include a flat $80 deposit. Of course, your deposit will go towards the cost of your tattoo. I've been contemplating getting a nose piercing for a while and went with Terminus because of the amazing reviews. I use to lice right next door so I was fairly familiar with the location of the shop. I arrived maybe 30 minutes after they opened. ROYCE at the front desk was informative both over the phone and in person. I filed out my paperwork and waited maybe 5 minutes for the piercer. Kat was so sweet and really did a great job. I went with the location on my nose she picked and I think it was a great decision. She's great with the needle. It really didn't hurt at all. She was quick and gave me some helpful aftercare tips. I also have a tragus piercing I got somewhere else and she was able to change out my jewelry for that one. The nose piercing was $50 including the jewelry, $15 for the new tragus jewelry and $10 to change it (which I didn't mind since I was already there). The staff seemed knowledgeable about their craft and I'm really considering coming back for some new ink! read more

I got my belly button done here last November and I kept trying to just hold it in & put up with my result but everytime I look down I can see the piercing itself is crooked. I'm not sure what her name was but I got a tattoo that same day for $100 & the piercing was $50. Both crooked. Both irritate me when I look at it. Wasn't worth it.
