The shop is connected to the SHELL gas station on the corner of Old Norcross Rd & Sugarloaf- pretty unassuming store front, no doubt. But don't judge a book... I went to meet my friend & walked in. The place is clean & pretty cool with eclectic decore. The furniture needs covers or replacement, but I hope worn because of so many clients coming & going. There was 1 other client when I was there. My friend came out & her tattoo is so beautiful. She comes frequently & the work is always great with color saturation, great lines & clean work! She asked us what we wanted; tattoo or piercing. When we said a tattoo she asked us if we knew what we wanted. We did. We showed our artist (Zury) what we wanted. After a quick consult, it was tattoo time! Nothing like the sound of the tattoo needle. It's music to my ears. Zury took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He constantly asked me if I was in any pain, how I was feeling and if I needed a break. He made me feel important at the time of my tattoo, and from start to finish. Jeremy did a fantastic job and my son loved the experience. Second, in regards to Crystal's tattoo style and quality. Crystal is very talented. She's completed several tattoos all over my body over the past 10 years. I love her bright colorful shading style and we always have a good time together. She's become one of my closest friends, as well. I send so many of my friends and family to Crystal for piercings and tattoo work. She's the best!

I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it. We scheduled the appointment for Thursday, July 3 at 4:30. I sent her the deposit of $150 just like I did last time. I got to her shop at 4:25 and no one was there. I sent her a message and she said she was sorry, but she had to go out of town for a personal matter and that her assistant was supposed to message me earlier. She asked if she could call me in one hour, I said yes. She did not call me an hour later. So an hour and a half later I messaged her and told her I just wanted my deposit back. She responded to that message and said that she was planning on coming back into town and rescheduling everyone for Saturday and Sunday despite it being the holiday weekend. However, she did agree to refund my money and said that she would have her accountant Zelle it to me. Three days later, I messaged her because I had not received my refund. She did not respond. A day later, I told her if she did not give me my refund I was going to write this review and pursue any other methods of repayment that I could. Clearly I have not received my money back. I also spoke with another artist who said that my tattoo can't even be covered without being lasered to lighten it first. She is currently holding my deposit hostage, preventing me from moving forward with the laser tattoo removal and cover-up and I am not sure she will ever give it back. So unless you want to find out the hard way, I suggest you keep your money and find another artist.

The flash options were perfectly sized for the price -- honestly better than I anticipated. Ryan did my tattoo and absolutely nailed it. Clean crisp line work. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and the vibe in the shop was chill and relaxed even with the crowd. You can tell they know how to handle busy days without sacrificing quality.
