They had three cases full of jewelry to choose from. Andy explained the price range for each type of jewelry. Once I picked my jewelry, I was given an estimate for the whole thing (piercing and jewelry). There were no surprises. I sat down and was given a detailed step by step explanation of how it would all go. Again, no surprises. Andy even offered to check one of my old lobe piercings, no additional charge, to see if it was still open after 20 years of non use. It was and I purchased an earring to fill the hole. I have two piercings that just refuse to heal, so I wanted to have them checked and the jewelry changed to something more conducive to healing. Making an appointment online was really easy, and I was able to get a same-day (more like same-hour) appointment. I booked with Stephanie and she was literally the sweetest thing ever. I have anxiety and was noticeably anxious when I came in, and a little bit embarrassed because of it. Her kind, calming demeanor quickly rubbed off on me and helped me to chill out a bit! She looked at both of my piercings and assured me they were done well and that the angles and everything looked good. Penny came in to give her input as well, and she was also amazing! Seriously, the girls here are just so kind. I walked out with new jewelry for both of my stubborn piercings at a reasonable price. The studio is easy to find, there is plenty of parking, it's very clean, they have nice lighting, and a great selection of quality jewelry. I am so happy to have found this studio, and I will definitely be back for some piercings once these two heal!
