Fast forward many years I'm sitting in downtown Ft Pierce having eclectic tapas. Love it. My wife and I love Tapas. Having gone to Spain right before Covid, we fell in love w them even more. Nelson was our host/waiter. He certainly took care of us. He is a self acclaimed foodie like us. We had two glasses of wine. It's a $20 bottle of wine at $12 a glass. Somewhat normal. I will be picky here as they weren't served in red wine glasses and it was somewhat warm. Small pour too. We had 3 dishes 1. Potatoes Bravas. I found an amazing one in Spain....this was one of the best I've had since that magical dish in Spain. 2. Forget the official name but there were 4 balls consisting of goat cheese, dates, and chorizo over arugula. Taste explosion. Try them! 3. We ordered the meatballs (name on board was was better descriptive) from the local butcher Adam. These took a long time to come out (our dish and others). For $24, and 3 meatballs, we found them small and a bit salty. Acoustic guitar playing all sorts of music outside (and the restaurant doors were open). So this was really nice. I think there could be a bit more 'polish' in the experience as compared to what we have experienced in places like this in Broward. Overall we had a great time and would come again

Sat at the bar prior to dinner and had two fabulous cocktails. Watching the bartenders assemble the craft cocktails was a show itself. On to dinner. Our waiter recommended the bacon wrapped dates as a customer favorite. They were a combo of sweet, salty, and smokey. Perfect start to dinner. We ordered the coffee crusted filet with cocoa demi-glace, smashed truffle potatoes and grilled broccolini for one dish, and the fresh catch of the day with coconut rice and pineapple salsa. Our server (forgot his name) was awesome as well. The whole experience made my birthday that much better!

The environment in the restaurant is modern with nice pops of the signature Crush color. Overall an awesome experience for anytime lookin for great food in Melbourne.

They serve up a delicious assortment of wine and a fabulous specialty "Rebellion" burger (I believe only on Wednesday at this location) that you don't want to miss out on! How he described all of the options made everything sound so intriguing! You really can't go wrong! I will definitely be coming back again and again for the rebellion burger and to try all the different wines! Their location in Cocoa Beach serves more food options (burger included) all the time, if you don't want to wait around for Wednesdays to roll around! They also have a wine club membership, which can be fun if you are into wine and experiencing new flavors.

Every thing was so good I had to try the key lime pie. I make a great key lime pie and I have to say that was a 10 out of 10. Our waitress, Christine, was amazing. We were greeted by Christine and were seated promptly and had a very intimate table by the front window. It wasn't busy but we were there for a very early dinner. The decor is fun and whimsical. Christine was our server and she explained the day's specials. We ordered two martinis to start and they arrived in "chilled" martini glasses!! Who does that these days??? We elected to try their crab cake which is their "star" appetizer or entree. It was amazing!!!!! It is a large crab cake and mainly all crabmeat with very little filler....this is definitely a "do again"! We then had salads (one house and one Caesar). Very fresh vegetables and dressings. My wife ordered the "daily catch" special which was grouper. Once again a large filet and cooked to perfection. I had the ahi tuna entree which consisted of 3 large slices of rare tuna served with soy sauce, fresh wasabi, rice and ginger slices. Amazingly fresh and delicious. I could only eat 2 of the slices.... With dinner we had two glasses of the house Pinot Noir which Christine said it was from California. For a house wine it was very good. We wrapped up our evening having their warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was so good! During our dinner the owner (Jeannie?) stopped by twice to check on us and to see if she could make our evening more enjoyable. Nice touch.... We thoroughly had a fabulous evening and will definitely be back again. Christine was such a joy and made us feel right at home!!! She said on our next visit we should try their pork chop which is also one of their notable entrees. We can't wait to return..... Paul & Ann

The fatty portion of my Prime Rib was excessive. I get that ribeye-style cuts derive flavor from fat, but this was to the point where it overwhelmed the dish and left me wishing I had ordered the lower-cost ribeye instead. On top of that, it came out medium instead of medium-rare, which didn't help. That said, others at the table ordered the NY Strip and Ribeye, and both looked excellent--cooked properly and more in line with what I'd expect from a steakhouse at this level. Highlights of the meal: Brazilian sliders were fantastic--definitely a must-order appetizer Oxtail stroganoff was rich and well executed Mac & cheese was a solid side Cocktails were creative and well made Overall, I've had better steaks at lower price points, but also worse ones at higher-end spots. Based on what I saw from other dishes, I'd absolutely give Ember & Oak another shot--just not with the Prime Rib next time.

Service can make or break your experience so I am glad we had a great server! My boyfriend said he had the best lemonade he has ever had. Our food was incredible. Everything tasted so fresh! We got a mixture of a bunch of things. I shared the steak and they were able to cut it in half and cook it at two different temperatures. The steak and mac n cheese were soo delicious!! Our server was kind enough to bring out a birthday dessert and package our food up for us! I knew the prices before walking in here, so I knew exactly what to expect. Most of the reviews say it's too expensive. It was "expensive" but the prices seemed VERY reasonable for the quality of food and the amount given. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Well, they were 100% right and I was blown away. Our table of 5 ordered some serious goodies - I just wish we could have eaten more so we could have tried everything on the menu.
