Fast forward many years I'm sitting in downtown Ft Pierce having eclectic tapas. Love it. My wife and I love Tapas. Having gone to Spain right before Covid, we fell in love w them even more. Nelson was our host/waiter. He certainly took care of us. He is a self acclaimed foodie like us. We had two glasses of wine. It's a $20 bottle of wine at $12 a glass. Somewhat normal. I will be picky here as they weren't served in red wine glasses and it was somewhat warm. Small pour too. We had 3 dishes 1. Potatoes Bravas. I found an amazing one in Spain....this was one of the best I've had since that magical dish in Spain. 2. Forget the official name but there were 4 balls consisting of goat cheese, dates, and chorizo over arugula. Taste explosion. Try them! 3. We ordered the meatballs (name on board was was better descriptive) from the local butcher Adam. These took a long time to come out (our dish and others). For $24, and 3 meatballs, we found them small and a bit salty. Acoustic guitar playing all sorts of music outside (and the restaurant doors were open). So this was really nice. I think there could be a bit more 'polish' in the experience as compared to what we have experienced in places like this in Broward. Overall we had a great time and would come again

Wow, we missed so many things about Crush! Those bacon-wrapped Medjool dates, the amazing cocktail program... so many things. My burger was new to the menu, and I can't remember the name, but let's just call it "the Butcher Burger," because I know it had a patty that was a mix of chorizo and venison, and maybe Wagyu? It was also topped with an egg and some smoky mayo. Regardless of what it was called, it was TO DIE FOR. My daughter had a huge wedge salad, and it was great. My wife's chive and Gruyère biscuit was awesome, and her strawberry-rhubarb cocktail was delicious. Honestly, we had such a good meal that we almost came back again for dinner just a few hours later on the same day! We didn't, but we will definitely be returning very soon!

Sat at the bar prior to dinner and had two fabulous cocktails. Watching the bartenders assemble the craft cocktails was a show itself. On to dinner. Our waiter recommended the bacon wrapped dates as a customer favorite. They were a combo of sweet, salty, and smokey. Perfect start to dinner. We ordered the coffee crusted filet with cocoa demi-glace, smashed truffle potatoes and grilled broccolini for one dish, and the fresh catch of the day with coconut rice and pineapple salsa. Our server (forgot his name) was awesome as well. The whole experience made my birthday that much better!

The fatty portion of my Prime Rib was excessive. I get that ribeye-style cuts derive flavor from fat, but this was to the point where it overwhelmed the dish and left me wishing I had ordered the lower-cost ribeye instead. On top of that, it came out medium instead of medium-rare, which didn't help. That said, others at the table ordered the NY Strip and Ribeye, and both looked excellent--cooked properly and more in line with what I'd expect from a steakhouse at this level. Highlights of the meal: Brazilian sliders were fantastic--definitely a must-order appetizer Oxtail stroganoff was rich and well executed Mac & cheese was a solid side Cocktails were creative and well made Overall, I've had better steaks at lower price points, but also worse ones at higher-end spots. Based on what I saw from other dishes, I'd absolutely give Ember & Oak another shot--just not with the Prime Rib next time.

There are so many different tapas to order from, and the best way to try as many as you can is to order the "Get 'Em All" that's offered at their Happy Hour. You can get like 9 different tapas for around $20. My absolute favorite item is the Cajun Chicken Egg Roll. It's stuffed with a good amount of chicken, goat cheese, some veggies, and is served with this not-so-tangy mustard sauce. For all the food that was provided, this is such a good deal. There are a ton of other menu items available, that the "Get 'Em All" doesn't cover, that are also definitely worth trying. The entire place is eclectic and oozing with art and creativity. The walls are covered in paintings and other art pieces made by local artists. Each artwork can be purchased to support them. Sometimes there is a live artist working on their art. You can support them directly by purchasing some prints or any completed pieces they have on display.

I'm glad we picked it because the whole experience was a lot of fun. The first thing you notice is all the artwork and colorful decor. Then a live contortionist started performing while we were eating, which definitely wasn't something I was expecting but made the place feel even more unique. Sebastian took great care of us. We had a few gluten free and other dietary restrictions at the table, and he answered every question without missing a beat. That kind of service always stands out. I had the sweet potato, the street corn and the butter chicken tikka masala, and every plate was worth ordering. I also tried the Starry Night cocktail. I normally avoid vodka whenever I can, but this drink completely won me over. Easily one of the best cocktails I've had in a while. If you're already heading to the attractions on I Drive or catching a movie nearby, I'd definitely recommend stopping here. Great food, creative drinks and an atmosphere that's just plain fun without feeling like a tourist trap.

The puff rice is not enough to balance the flavor of the curry. Our service was great! The restaurant was extremely busy, so I expected a bit of a wait. However, the service was much slower than expected. It took a long time for our food to arrive, and one of the four kids' meals we ordered never came out. After waiting around 45 minutes, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the manager approached us and immediately became argumentative about how many kids' meals had been ordered. I wasn't looking for a confrontation--I simply wanted the missing meal. I actually had to stop the conversation and tell him that if he came over just to argue, I wasn't interested. That interaction really left a bad impression. As for the food, it was a mix of highs and lows. The blue crab dip was easily the standout of the meal--rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. It's absolutely worth ordering. The edamame was also well prepared and made for a great appetizer. Unfortunately, the gnocchi was the complete opposite. It arrived ice cold, lacked flavor, and was one of the most disappointing entrées I've had. For roughly $45 between my meal and wine, I expected a much better experience. While I appreciate that they offered a Kids Eat Free promotion, the long wait, missing meal, and poor handling of the situation overshadowed that benefit. The restaurant itself has a sleek, contemporary atmosphere that's great for groups or families, but the lack of attentive service and the manager's approach to customer concerns made the experience far less enjoyable. I hope they've improved since my visit, because the blue crab dip alone deserves recognition, but based on this experience, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

Then after having many other burgers/sandwiches on our trip I opted for the chickpea pasta with veggies and leaving off the parm to make it vegan. I appreciate the volume of veggies in the dish, though the sauce was a touch too oily. The main issue was the cooks WAY over cooked the chickpea pasta so when they tossed it with the sauce and veggies 2/3 of the pasta had broken apart...
