When we used to frequent Rub Ribs & BBQ, I always noticed Tatang's just across the street. One time, I finally had the time to give them a try only to find out they were out of stock. Another attempt still didn't feel sure at first, and I went in and tried ordering the Lechon Classic. The nice lady I spoke with accepted me as their last customer for the day and found a way to get me something non-spicy. Awesome!

Their establishment was really tiny, so tiny that it seemed meant for take-outs rather than dine-ins.
FOOD
Lechon Classic was amazing! Since they served their lechon Cebu-style, my order came with lemongrass within the meat. That gave me such an appetizing and refreshing experience in every bite. I didn't even need sauces or dips (though I had a little bit of soy sauce). Skin was thin and crunchy yet easy to bite through and had tolerable saltiness. Meat was tender and everything was easy to cut.
