I originally called to order, but I didn't have their menu in front of me plus I was driving. I decided to come here to order instead. Great inside space with limited outside seating. Very cute decor with the Hong Kong theme. Good vibes all around. Menu has a vast selection of food and drink items. Prices are very reasonable. Entire staff was super friendly and cordial. First of all the bun is still fresh and somewhat crunchy on the outside. The pork inside is not a premium pork chop. It is a piece of pork with some tendon in it. The pork is at least as big as the bun. What makes this bun special is the lettuce, tomato and the sauce inside. The owner told me that they mixed their own sauce, which is true. It is mayonnaise based with with other ingredients...not a thousand island sauce, but some reddish ingredients.... It is tasty. I like this sandwich very much. There is a plain rice porridge that comes with the order. I simply drink a little of the porridge. I pay for the sandwich and cold milk tea. It is ok for the price. With tax and tip it is about $20. Not an inexpensive breakfast, but I don't have this everyday...just once in a while. Ray out.
