My person rating is two stars. My husband brought home some take out from Tasty Choice. We used to order from here regularly. I can tell you that will never happen again because they seem to short patrons. We all ordered rice platters and everyone got decent-sized portions. My lamb kofta was abysmal. They gave me three small, dry ass pieces. Everyone else's platters were full of proteins. If they ran out of kofta they should have given something else or let my husband know. My daughter had a full piece of salmon filet, my husband received lamb and chicken mixed grill and it covered his rice portion, and my son had a full serving of lamb kebab. What they served for my order was obviously missing meat. They don't even give the actual "white" sauce - it's like a low-budget ranch and the hot sauce is probably bottled Red Hot brand. The rice was decent and there was a lot of red onion, cole slaw and tomato salad - much more than there was meat. If they're sending food to the same home, they should do a better job of ensuring that the meals are comparable. This was a terrible thing to come home to, after a long day working with patients. This place makes amazing shawarma. The chicken shawarma wrap is my favorite, but I have tried other dishes here, and I must say the quality is excellent. BTW, the wrap makes the shawarma less hefty and helps you taste the meat and sauces rather than get overwhelmed by the bread. So much more interesting a sandwich. Less hefty. More of a delicacy. Their sauces are just great. The side dishes (Hummus, Yogurt, Baba Ghanouj, etc.) are also of high quality and taste great. The baklava is also excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Well, I usually go to Queens (King Falafel) when I want good falafel & schwarma. I couldn't make the trip there so I came here because of the *positive reviews* Th3 food isn't bad but it lacks seasoning! The falafels needed more seasoning not just heat! This appears like more of a to go place but there was tables along the wall for my friend I to enjoy our food. The girl who took our order was friendly. I ordered the mixed shawarma plate with lamb and beef which came with rice and salad and traditional white sauce. The portion sizes are large! Was craving Mediterranean food so stopped by here for pickup. The girl at the counter was really nice and the restaurant itself looked clean. I got the babaganoush which was really good. The beef shawarma platter with rice and salad. The salad,rice and pickled/veggies were great. The shawarma was a bit on the hard and dry side. We also got a burger with fries. The fries were delicious and seasoned so well. & the burger was also tasty and juicy. The food portions were huge so we had left overs. So the food here is delicious. Apparently this a new spot and I am so happy to find a place near me where I can get a solid falafel. I have had take out from here before, but today was my first time eating here in person. The place was nice and clean. Everything looked delicious and fresh. The staff were all working and moving as quickly as possible. There was a little bit of a wait because there were more customers than employees, but it wasn't t a big deal. My wrap was flavorful, delicious, and a great size for $12. The food here runs from $8- $25 but the portions make it worth it and it tastes delicious. I gave it 4 stars for a couple of reasons: -one of the employees wore no mask at all - they were not checking the vaccinations status of people who were eating inside - I would have liked there to be a more vigilant approach to cleaning the areas where people sat. It was mostly clean at our table but I could see crumbs. Overall I really enjoyed this spot and will definitely get more food from here. My dad is here at least once a week getting food. The food is delicious here. They are under new management. I ordered the lamb with rice and when the cashier rang up my order it was $20+ dollars. I told her to take it off because that's not what I was looking for. After speaking with the cook and he showed me the seasoned lamb chops I told her to put it back on my bill. This place was really good and I highly recommend coming here for some well cooked flavorful food. The staff are nice and super accommodating. We were driving home and decided to go through the local streets when I spotted the flags and sign. I pulled over and looked up this restaurant. I decided to order pick up through Grubhub thinking it would be ready quickly. After placing the order( a falafel shawarma and a lamb shawarma), I was alerted that my order would be ready in 40 minutes. I asked my spouse to try and see if he could go into the restaurant and get it sooner. He entered and said that the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. In about 10 minutes he returned. When we got home we dug in. He says the falafel shawarma was good. He loved the fixings! He would've liked the falafel cooked a bit harder. I loved the lamb shawarma!! I haven't had lamb in a long while. This was tender and moist. The fixing- (especially the pickles) were an extra treat. The sauce and crunchy fresh red cabbage were also good. My spouse mentioned the clean and well organized layout. He also says they had lots of desserts. I'll have to check that out next time. We are definitely going back again. I love this place . First of all they are super clean . Everyone is wearing a mask and gloves . All the food is covered with plastic and they are always cleaning . The staff are super helpful and friendly. I ordered the salmon wrap and it was really good . On my 2nd visit , I ordered a smoothie called heavy hitter and that was good too . I ordered a chicken pita falafel which was good and good amount of meat. Only negative was that the server put my pita on the bare metal table instead of on the foil that it wraps in. Amazing food! The samosa was light, chewy, and warm, with tasty spices on the inside. The subs were sooo good, the best in my opinion. The subs are great if you want a light, but filling food. The bread was light and soft, the meat and chicken not too much and not too little, and the taste was everything and more. I ended up eating a whole sub without even realizing because of how good it tasted. The best part was that everything tasted fresh, even after having seconds an hour later.
