They specialize in southern cuisine and I must say everything was true to highly experienced southern cooks! The table station presentations and food were professionally done. The food was tasty and had good flavors... However, the caterer needs to label their stations for the foods and sauces so guests know what they're eating.... I noticed the carving station server continually having to name all the various sauces to each person. And I had no idea what I was eating in most of the chafing dishes. Overall the food was delicious for feeding over 300 guests! CON ------- Staff could have been a little more attentive in clearing off plates and cups. As for the food, most was palatable...
