There was a more polite red-haired young lady behind her attempted to be courteous and said, "We'll get those remade for you." The other staff who would not speak or make eye contact handed us two hot drinks. Because I did not want to embarrass my husband, we took out drinks and left. We tasted them, and I am pretty sure they were made from steamed milk with some of the cold latte in them. Barely a hint of espresso. So $14 for steamed milk and entitled attitude. I did not get the order wrong; they did. It is unacceptable to treat customers like this, especially when we were polite. Do I think that a bad review is going to change the behavior of that entitled employee? No. Will I go back to this business to find out? Also, no.
